Description
本発明者等は、本発明の繊維強化樹脂材の接合方法によってできた接合構造(実施例)と従来の接合方法でできた接合構造(比較例1,2,3,4)の各試験体を試作し、それぞれの接合強度、接合材料費、前処理の有無、接合所要時間および接合材料重量を比較する実験をおこなった。
Claims (4)
- 少なくとも2つのマトリックス樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂からなる繊維強化樹脂材の少なくとも一部同士を重ね合わせて重ね合わせ箇所を形成し、マトリックス樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂からなる繊維強化樹脂シートを該重ね合わせ箇所の上面に配して、重ね合わせ箇所のマトリックス樹脂を軟化させる第1のステップ、
前記繊維強化樹脂シートの上方から押し込みピンを押し込み、該繊維強化樹脂シートの一部と押し込みピンの一部を最下層の繊維強化樹脂材の途中位置まで到達させ、押し込みピンを取り外し、すべてのマトリックス樹脂を硬化させて少なくとも2つの繊維強化樹脂材の重ね合わせ箇所を押し込まれて変形した繊維強化樹脂シートで接合する第2のステップからなる繊維強化樹脂材の接合方法。 - 前記繊維強化樹脂シート内の繊維材が、押し込みピンの径φと、押し込みピンが重ね合わせ箇所で埋め込まれる埋め込み長さLの2倍の長さ2Lの合計長さφ+2L以上の繊維長を有している請求項1に記載の繊維強化樹脂材の接合方法。
- 少なくとも2つのマトリックス樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂からなる繊維強化樹脂材の少なくとも一部同士が重ね合わされてなる重ね合わせ箇所において、マトリックス樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂からなる繊維強化樹脂シートが該重ね合わせ箇所の上面から最下層の繊維強化樹脂材の途中位置まで押し込まれた姿勢で到達し、少なくとも2つの繊維強化樹脂材の重ね合わせ箇所を接合している繊維強化樹脂材の接合構造。
- 前記繊維強化樹脂シート内の繊維材が、押し込みピンの径φと、押し込みピンが重ね合わせ箇所で埋め込まれる埋め込み長さLの2倍の長さ2Lの合計長さφ+2L以上の繊維長を有している請求項3に記載の繊維強化樹脂材の接合構造。
