Description
本発明は、特に自動車の動力伝達経路において使用するための、差動アセンブリに関する。前記形式の差動アセンブリは、トルクを駆動モータから駆動軸の2つの側軸へ伝達するために働く。さらに、本発明は、電気駆動装置及び電気駆動装置によって駆動することができるこのような差動アセンブリを備えた駆動アセンブリに関する。

Claims (5)
- 電気モータによって駆動可能な自動車駆動軸のための差動アセンブリにおいて、
駆動歯車(6)と、
入力部分(13)及び2つの出力部分(20,22)を備えた差動駆動装置(3)とが設けられており、
出力部分(20,22)が、入力部分(13)に駆動可能に接続されておりかつ互いに対して差動効果を有しており、
駆動歯車(6)と差動駆動装置(3)との間に有効に配置された継手(4)が設けられており、該継手(4)の閉鎖された条件においてはトルクが駆動歯車(6)から差動駆動装置(3)へ伝達されるようになっており、継手(4)の開放した条件においてはトルクの伝達が中断されるようになっており、
前記継手(4)を作動させるための制御可能なアクチュエータ(5)が設けられており、該アクチュエータ(5)は、電磁石(29)及び軸方向に変位可能なピストン(30)を有しており、前記電磁石(29)は、該電磁石(29)に供給されるコイル電流の電流信号としてのアンペア数によって制御され、
前記継手(4)の少なくとも解離した位置と、部分的に係合した位置と、完全に係合した位置とを測定するためのセンサ(44)が設けられており、
電気モータ(48)を制御するための電子制御ユニットが設けられており、センサ(44)から電子制御ユニットへ前記継手(4)の位置を表すセンサ信号が送信されるようになっており、
前記継手(4)の位置を表すセンサ信号が評価される時、センサ信号と、電磁石(29)を制御するアンペア数との関係に基づき、送信機エレメント(38)とセンサ(44)との間の距離が決定されるように、アクチュエータ(5)の電磁石(29)のコイル電流を表す電流信号が前記継手の位置を正確に決定するために考慮されることを特徴とする、差動アセンブリ。 - ピストン(30)と第2の継手部分(26)との間に、ピストン(30)に関して第2の継手部分(26)の回転運動を切り離すための滑動手段(37)が配置されており、滑動手段(37)が常磁性であり、少なくとも間接的に、第2の継手部分(26)に軸方向で支持されている、請求項1記載の差動アセンブリ。
- センサ(44)と協働する送信機エレメント(38)が設けられており、該送信機エレメント(38)が、アクチュエータ(5)が作動させられた時に軸方向に移動させられるように設計されており、送信機エレメント(38)は、少なくとも間接的に、第2の継手部分(26)に結合されており、センサ(44)が、送信機エレメント(38)の経路を表す信号を決定する無接触センサである、請求項1又は2記載の差動アセンブリ。
- 自動車の駆動軸を駆動するための駆動アセンブリであって、電気モータ(48)と、該電気モータ(48)によって駆動することができる差動アセンブリ(2)とが設けられている形式のものにおいて、
該差動アセンブリ(2)が、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のように設計されていることを特徴とする、自動車の駆動軸を駆動するための駆動アセンブリ。 - 電気モータ(48)が、完全に開放した位置と完全に閉鎖した位置との間の切替位置において、継手(4)の切替位置に依存して制御される、請求項4記載の駆動アセンブリ(47)における電気モータ(48)を制御する方法。
