Claims (11)
- B24位にてオルト−モノフルオロ−フェニルアラニン、オルト−モノブロモ−フェニルアラニンまたはオルト−モノクロロ−フェニルアラニンが組み込まれたB鎖ポリペプチドを含むインスリン類似体。
- 哺乳動物インスリンの類似体である、請求項1に記載のインスリン類似体。
- ヒトインスリンの類似体である、請求項2に記載のインスリン類似体。
- 配列番号4〜8からなる群より選択されるアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項2に記載のインスリン類似体。
- 請求項2に記載のインスリン類似体をコードする核酸。
- オルト−モノフルオロ−フェニルアラニン、オルト−モノブロモ−フェニルアラニンまたはオルト−モノクロロ−フェニルアラニンが、停止コドンによりコードされている、請求項5に記載の核酸。
- 停止コドンが、核酸配列TAGである、請求項6に記載の核酸。
- 請求項5、6または7に記載の核酸配列を含む発現ベクター。
- 請求項8の発現ベクターで形質転換された宿主細胞。
- インスリン類似体またはその生理的に許容される塩であって、B24位にてオルト−モノフルオロ−フェニルアラニン、オルト−モノブロモ−フェニルアラニンまたはオルト−モノクロロ−フェニルアラニンが組み込まれたB鎖ポリペプチドを含有する、薬剤として使用するインスリン類似体またはその生理的に許容される塩。
