Description
−衝撃挿入によって第1の椎骨に挿入される第1の釘と、
−第1の釘と実質的に同一平面上にあり、第1の釘と実質的に平行で、衝撃挿入によって第2の椎骨に挿入される第2の釘と、
−第1および第2の釘に堅牢に接続されたブリッジと、
を備えることを特徴とする上述したタイプの骨接合システムに関する。
−各釘は、実質的に球形の頭部によってブリッジに接続され、これにより矢状面で椎骨間の正常な相対運動を保持しながら、それと同時にその面からのいかなる変位も回避するために、これらを堅牢に保持することができ、
−第1および第2の釘のそれぞれの頭部が、釘を衝撃挿入し、ねじを緩めるのに適切な形状を有し、
−頭部が、釘のねじを緩めるために係合表面を形成する少なくとも1つのねじ緩め用切り欠きを備え、
−システムが、第1の釘と第2の釘の間に配置されて、衝撃挿入によって第3の椎骨に挿入され、ブリッジによって第1および第2の釘に接続されている第3の釘も備え、
−ブリッジが、ブリッジによって接続された釘を受ける椎骨間の曲げ伸ばし運動を可能にするのに適した可撓性を有し、
−ブリッジが湾曲した形状を有し、
−ブリッジが釘の遠位端に向かって凸状であり、
−隣接する釘が、相互にゼロ以外の角度、好ましくは約6°に等しい角度を形成し、
−各釘が固着ドエルに関連し、ドエルの目的が、釘をドエルに挿入する間に拡張することであり、各釘が、軸方向推力によって釘を各ドエルに挿入し、釘をドエル内に軸方向に保持するための手段を備え、ドエルが、骨の状態を鑑みて安定性に疑問がある場合に、茎の固定に有用であり、
−挿入および保持手段が、非対称の断面を有し、釘を衝撃挿入によってドエルに挿入することができ、ねじを緩めることによってドエルから外せるような形態であるねじ山を備え、
−ねじ山が、傾斜した遠位側面および実質的に放射状の近位側面を有し、
−システムがX線に対して透明な材料から生成される。
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも2つの椎骨を接続するための骨接合システム(2)であって、前記椎骨のそれぞれの中に固定要素を備えるタイプであり、前記固定要素が、
衝撃挿入によって第1の椎骨(4)内に挿入される第1の釘(14)と、
前記第1の釘(14)と実質的に同一平面上にあり、前記第1の釘(14)と実質的に平行で、衝撃挿入によって第2の椎骨(6)に挿入される第2の釘(16)と、
前記第1および第2の釘(14,16)に堅牢に接続されたブリッジ(18)と、
を備え、
各釘(14,16)が、該釘(14,16)の前記衝撃挿入およびそのねじを緩めるために適切な形状を有する実質的に球形の頭部(44)によって前記ブリッジ(18)に接続され、
各釘(14、16)は、傾斜した遠位側面(56)および前記釘(14、16)の軸線から実質的に半径方向に延びる近位側面(58)により構成される非対称の断面を有するねじ山(54)を備えることを特徴とする骨接合システム。 - 前記頭部(44,65)が、前記釘(14,16)の前記ねじ緩めのために係合表面を形成する少なくとも1つのねじ緩め切り欠き(62)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の骨接合システム。
- 前記第1の釘(14)と前記第2の釘(16)の間に配置され、衝撃挿入によって第3の椎骨に挿入される第3の釘(64)も備え、前記第3の釘(64)が前記ブリッジ(18)によって前記第1および第2の釘(14,16)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の骨接合システム(2)。
- 前記ブリッジ(18)が、前記ブリッジ(18)によって接続された前記釘(14,16,64)を受ける前記椎骨(4,6)間の曲げ伸ばし運動を可能にするのに適した可撓性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の骨接合システム(2)。
- 前記ブリッジ(18)が湾曲した形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の骨接合システム(2)。
- 前記ブリッジ(18)が前記釘(14,16,64)の遠位端に向かって凸状であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の骨接合システム(2)。
- 前記隣接する釘部(14,16,64)が、相互にゼロ以外の角度を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の骨接合システム(2)。
- 前記骨接合システム(2)はさらに定着ドエル(2,8)を備え、各釘(14,16,64)が前記定着ドエル(8,12)に関連し、前記定着ドエル(8,12)が、前記釘(14,16,64)を前記定着ドエル(8,12)に挿入する最中に拡張する構成を有し、各釘(14,16,64)のねじ山が、軸方向推力によって前記釘(14,16,64)を各定着ドエル(8,12)に挿入し、前記釘(14,16,64)を前記定着ドエル(8,12)内に軸方向に保持することを可能とすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の骨接合システム(2)。
- X線に対して透明な材料から生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の骨接合システム(2)。
