Claims (7)

前記遠心インペラは前記基端に隣接して配置され、前記遠心インペラに面する前記ポンプチャンバーは前記遠心インペラの直径の少なくとも1.1倍の直径を有し、前記基端は入口を含み、前記上端は出口を含み、前記上端は、前記入口と前記出口との中間における前記管の直径より大きい直径を有するチャンバーを含み、前記遠心インペラは、半径方向に誘導された溶融金属の流れを供給するベーンを含み、運転中、溶融金属は前記入口から前記遠心インペラに吸い込まれ、前記管内で強制渦の形状で押し上げられる、溶融金属ポンプ。 - 前記管は、前記遠心インペラの直径の少なくとも1.5倍の直径を有している請求項1に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
- 前記入口と前記出口との間の距離は、前記遠心インペラの高さの少なくとも10倍である請求項1に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
- 前記上端はチャンバーを含み、このチャンバーは前記入口とチャンバーの中間における前記管の直径より大きな直径を有している請求項1に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
- 前記チャンバーは渦形状である請求項4に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
- 細長い耐火物体を含み、前記耐火物体は、入口領域直径を有する入口領域と、渦領域直径を有する渦領域と、出口領域直径を有する出口領域とを含む溶融金属ポンプであって、
前記出口領域直径は前記渦領域直径よりも大きく、前記渦領域直径は前記入口領域直径よりも大きく、前記入口内に又は前記入口に隣接して配置され、前記細長い耐火物体と関連して底の入口と側方の出口とを有する遠心インペラと、前記渦領域及び前記出口領域を貫いて延び且つ遠心インペラに係合する第1端とモーターに係合するようになった第2端とを含むシャフトとを含み、前記遠心インペラは、半径方向に誘導された溶融金属の流れを供給するベーンを含み、運転中、溶融金属は前記入口領域から前記遠心インペラに吸い込まれ、前記耐火物体内で強制渦の形状で押し上げられる、溶融金属ポンプ。 - 耐火物材料で構成され、入口端、ほぼ管状の中間部分、及び出口チャンバー端を含む細長いポンプチャンバーを含み、
前記出口チャンバー端は、ほぼ渦巻状を有し且つ前記中間部分の直径よりも大きな直径を有し、
前記出口チャンバー端を少なくとも部分的に囲む金属フレームを含み、
前記出口チャンバー端は、溶融金属の流出を可能にする樋を更に含み、
シャフトから吊り下げられ、前記入口端内部に又は入口端に隣接して配置された遠心インペラを含み、
前記シャフトはモーターと連動するようになっており、
前記遠心インペラは、半径方向に誘導された溶融金属の流れを供給するベーンを含み、運転中、溶融金属は前記入口端から前記遠心インペラに吸い込まれ、前記ポンプチャンバー内で強制渦の形状で押し上げられる、溶融金属渦生成装置。
