Claims (21)

- 前記入口と前記出口との間の距離は、前記インペラの高さの少なくとも3倍である請求項1に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
- 前記距離は、前記インペラの高さの少なくとも10倍である請求項3に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
- 前記管は、耐火物セラミックで構成される請求項1に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
- 前記管は、金属で構成される請求項1に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
- 前記上端はチャンバーを含み、このチャンバーは前記入口とチャンバーの中間における前記管の直径より大きな直径を有している請求項1に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。

前記出口領域直径は前記渦領域直径よりも大きく、前記渦領域直径は前記入口領域直径よりも大きく、前記入口内に又は前記入口に隣して配置されたインペラと、前記渦領域及び前記出口領域を貫いて延び且つインペラに係合する第1端と、モーターに係合するようになった第2端とを含むシャフトとを含む、溶融金属ポンプ。 - 前記出口領域に交差する出口チャンネルを含む請求項16に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
- 前記渦領域は、前記入口領域及び出口領域の高さよりも大きな高さを有している請求項16に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
- 前記出口領域は、渦形状を含む請求項17に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
- 前記出口領域は、溶融金属を前記出口チャンネルの方に向ける壁突出部を含む、請求項17に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
- 耐火物材料で構成され、入口端、ほぼ管状の中間部分、及び出口チャンバー端を含む細長いポンプチャンバーを含み、
前記出口チャンバー端は、ほぼ渦巻状を有し且つ前記中間部分の直径よりも大きな直径を有し、
前記出口チャンバー端を少なくとも部分的に囲む金属フレームを含み、
前記出口チャンバー端は、溶融金属の流出を可能にする樋を更に含み、
シャフトから吊り下げられ、前記入口端内部に又は入口端に隣接して配置されたインペラを含み、
