Claims (7)

  1. 基端と上端とを有する細長い管と、前記管内に配置されたシャフトと、前記シャフトにより回転可能なインペラとを含み、
    前記インペラは前記基端に隣接して配置され、前記管は前記インペラの直径の少なくとも1.1倍の直径を有し、前記基端は入口を含み、前記上端は出口を含む、溶融金属ポンプ。
  2. 前記管は、前記インペラの直径の少なくとも1.5倍の直径を有している請求項1に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
  3. 前記入口と前記出口との間の距離は、前記インペラの高さの少なくとも10倍である請求項1に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
  4. 前記上端はチャンバーを含み、このチャンバーは前記入口とチャンバーの中間における前記管の直径より大きな直径を有している請求項1に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
  5. 前記チャンバーは渦形状である請求項に記載の溶融金属ポンプ。
  6. 細長い耐火物体を含み、前記耐火物体は、入口領域直径を有する入口領域と、渦領域直径を有する渦領域と、出口領域直径を有する出口領域とを含む溶融金属ポンプであって、 前記出口領域直径は前記渦領域直径よりも大きく、前記渦領域直径は前記入口領域直径よりも大きく、前記入口内に又は前記入口に隣して配置されたインペラと、前記渦領域及び前記出口領域を貫いて延び且つインペラに係合する第1端と、モーターに係合するようになった第2端とを含むシャフトとを含む、溶融金属ポンプ。
  7. 耐火物材料で構成され、入口端、ほぼ管状の中間部分、及び出口チャンバー端を含む細長いポンプチャンバーを含み、
    前記出口チャンバー端は、ほぼ渦巻状を有し且つ前記中間部分の直径よりも大きな直径を有し、
    前記出口チャンバー端を少なくとも部分的に囲む金属フレームを含み、
    前記出口チャンバー端は、溶融金属の流出を可能にする樋を更に含み、
    シャフトから吊り下げられ、前記入口端内部に又は入口端に隣接して配置されたインペラを含み、
    前記シャフトはモーターと連動するようになっている溶融金属渦生成装置。
