Claims (5)
- 熱間等方圧加圧(HIP)により粉体をビレットへと加圧成形するための容器(201)であって、当該容器が、軸方向(A)を画成しているとともに、
容器上面(200)と、
容器底面(235)と、
容器上面(200)と容器底面(235)の間に位置してそれらをつなぐ外壁(210)であって、外壁(210)が、粉体を受け入れるための内部(202)を画成し、外壁(210)が上部分(215)と中央部分(220)と下部分(225)とを有しており、前記外壁(210)の上部分(215)及び下部分(225)が、軸方向(A)から非ゼロの角度αを画成するように容器(201)の内部(202)から離れて傾斜し、角度αが1度〜10度の範囲にあって加圧成形後に上部分(215)及び下部分(225)が所定位置に配置されてビレットの選択形状を形成するように選択される、外壁(210)と
を備える容器(201)。 - 角度αが、加圧成形後にビレットが容器(201)の外壁(210)に沿って実質的に平行(216)、実質的に凸状又は実質的に凹状の側部を有するように選択される、請求項1記載の容器(201)。
- 前記中央部分(220)が弓状の形状を含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の容器(201)。
- 熱間等方圧加圧(HIP)により粉体をビレットへと加圧成形するための容器(301)であって、当該容器が、軸方向(A)を画成し且つ中央部を有しているとともに、
容器上面(300)と、
容器底面(335)と、
容器上面(300)と容器底面(335)の間に位置してそれらをつなぐ外壁(310)であって、粉体を受け入れるための内部を画成する円筒形の外壁(310)と
を備え、
外壁(310)が上部分(315)と下部分(325)とを有していて、上部分(315)及び下部分(325)の各々が、軸方向(A)に沿って且つ容器の中央部に向かって厚みが減少するテーパーを有しており、外壁(310)が上部分(315)及び下部分(325)の各々に沿って内面(345)及び外面(340)を含んでいて、内面(345)及び外面(340)が、内面(345)と外面(340)の間に角度αを形成していて、角度αが1度〜10度の範囲にある、容器(301)。 - 前記上部分(315)及び下部分(325)の各々のテーパが、加圧成形後にビレットが容器(301)の外壁(310)に沿って実質的に平行、実質的に凸状又は実質的に凹状の側部を有するように選択される、請求項4記載の容器(201)。
