Claims (4)
- 押し出し材で形成されたベース板の上面に、押し出し方向と直交する方向に間隔をおいて複数の凹条部を形成し、水平部の両端に下方に向かって凸条部をそれぞれ形成した断面コ字形の脚部を、金属管の底部に一体に形成した冷却液通水部の前記凸条部を、ベース板の任意の凹条部に一体に嵌合したことを特徴とする液冷ヒートシンク。
- 冷却液通水部の下方に向かって形成した凸条部と、これが嵌合するベース板の凹条部を湾曲して形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液冷ヒートシンク。
- 冷却液通水部が、押し出し材で一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の液冷ヒートシンク。
- 冷却液通水部が、水平部の両端に下方に向かって凸条部をそれぞれ形成した断面コ字形の脚部を、金属管の底部にロウ付で一体に接合して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の液冷ヒートシンク。
