ここで、Aはスタビリティーファクタであり、Lは自車両のホイールベースであり、いずれも予め定められてECU16の記憶媒体(例えばROM)に記録されている値を用いる。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明の範囲は、上記実施形態のみに限定されるものではなく、本発明の各発明特定事項の機能を実現し得る種々の形態を包含するものである。例えば、以下のような形態も許容される。

Claims (3)
- 自車両の前方の状況を検出して自車両の前方車両の位置情報を出力する前方位置センサ(12)から、前記前方車両の位置情報を取得する位置情報取得手段(110)と、
自車両の挙動を検出する挙動センサ(14、15)から取得した信号に基づいて、前記前方車両の位置情報を出力するために前記前方位置センサ(12)が自車両の前方の状況を検出した時点(t4)以降の自車両の回転角(α)を検出し、検出した回転角に基づいて、取得した前記前方車両の位置情報を補正する補正手段(120)と、
前記補正手段が補正した前記前方車両の位置情報に基づいて、自車両のヘッドランプの配光を制御する制御手段(130、140)と、を備えたヘッドランプの配光制御装置。 - 前記補正手段は、自車両がS字カーブ30に進入した直後であり、前記前方車両がS字カーブを退出しようとしている場合に、自車両の挙動を検出する挙動センサ(14、15)から取得した信号に基づいて前記前方車両の位置情報を出力するために前記位置情報取得手段(110)が自車両の前方の状況を検出した時点(t4)以降の自車両の回転角を検出し、検出した回転角に基づいて、取得した前記前方車両の位置情報を補正することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプの配光制御装置。
- 前記前方位置センサ(12)は、自車両の前方の風景を撮影し、その撮影の結果得た撮影画像に基づいて、前方車両の位置情報を作成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のヘッドランプの配光制御装置。
