Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る微粉炭火力発電設備の概略構成を示す図である。
図2に示すように、ガス発生手段110により発生させた模擬ガスに、ホウ素発生手段120により発生させたホウ素ガスを混合した混合ガスを生成させた。生成させた混合ガスを、対象物質0.2gを担持させたフィルター131を設けた試料ホルダー130に1時間通過させて、対象物質のホウ素の吸着・吸収・結合等により固着量を測定した。なお、試料ホルダー130を通過した混合ガスは、混合ガスを吸収する吸収液を備える吸収部で処理されて、外部へと排出した。また、模擬ガスのガス組成は、窒素ベースとし、CO2:15vol%、O2:4vol%、SO2:500pp、NO:200ppm、HCl:10ppm、H2O:8vol%に設定し、混合ガス中のホウ酸(H3BO3)ガスの濃度を5mg/m3Nに設定した。また、試料ホルダー130の設定温度は、90〜350℃とした。結果を図3に示す。
以上、本発明の実施形態1について説明したが、本発明の基本的構成は上述したものに限定されるものではない。例えば、実施形態1では、第1排出路20Aにガス処理剤を設けたが、これに限定されるものではなく、ガス処理剤は湿式脱硫装置44よりも上流側に設ければよい。例えば、ボイラ20、第1排出路20A、第2排出路41A、第3排出路42A、第4排出路43Aのうちいずれかに設けることができ、勿論、複数箇所に設けてもよい。
Claims (8)
- 被燃焼物を燃焼させることにより生成するホウ素化合物を含む燃焼ガスを、酸化マグネシウムを有効成分として含有するガス処理剤に接触させることを特徴とするガスの処理方法。
- 前記ガス処理剤は、ガス状ホウ素化合物を除去するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスの処理方法。
- 前記燃焼ガスを、温度90℃以上で前記ガス処理剤と接触させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガスの処理方法。
- 前記被燃焼物に前記ガス処理剤を添加して、該被燃焼物を燃焼させることにより、前記燃焼ガスを前記ガス処理剤と接触させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガスの処理方法。
- 前記被燃焼物に、燃焼後に前記酸化マグネシウムになり得る化合物を含むガス処理前駆体を添加し、前記被燃焼物の燃焼時の熱により前記ガス処理剤を形成して、前記ガスを前記ガス処理剤と接触させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガスの処理方法。
- 前記燃焼ガスの排出路に前記ガス処理剤を設けて、前記燃焼ガスと前記ガス処理剤とを接触させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガスの処理方法。
- 前記酸化マグネシウムになり得る化合物は、水酸化マグネシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、および硝酸マグネシウムから選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のガスの処理方法。
- 前記被燃焼物が石炭であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガスの処理方法。
