Description
周波数が異なる超音波毎の受信信号を取得する手段と、
得られた超音波毎の受信信号から周波数毎の超音波の強度を取得して強度比を算出する強度比算出手段と、
前記強度比算出手段が算出した強度比の情報に基づいて粒体の粒径を算出する粒径算出手段と、
を有することを特徴とする超音波診断装置。
前記送信部は、デューティ比0.3以下の矩形波バースト波により前記圧電素子を駆動することを特徴とする前記1から4の何れか一項に記載の超音波診断装置。
ここで、ZはStenzelのZ関数であり、図8で表される。図8においてkはω/cであり、ωは超音波の周波数、cは超音波の速度である。詳しくは「超音波技術便覧」(日刊工業新聞社、新訂5刷版)を参考にされたい。
前記送信部は、デューティ比0.3以下の矩形波バースト波により前記圧電素子を駆動するので、高次高調波を多く含んだ超音波を生成できるので、微小石灰化でも、よりよく抽出可能とし、同時に粒体の粒径も、よりよく把握することが可能な超音波診断装置が提供できる。

Claims (6)
- 被検体内に超音波を送信し、被検体内の粒体で反射した超音波を受信して受信信号を得る超音波プローブを備え、前記受信信号に基づいて被検体内の内部情報を表示する超音波診断装置であって、
周波数が異なる超音波毎の受信信号を取得する手段と、
得られた超音波毎の受信信号から周波数毎の超音波の強度を取得して強度比を算出する強度比算出手段と、
前記強度比算出手段が算出した強度比の情報に基づいて粒体の粒径を算出する粒径算出手段と、
を有することを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 前記粒径算出手段が算出した粒径を表示する表示手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記粒径算出手段の算出結果に基づき、自動あるいは任意に指定された範囲の粒径を有する粒体を抽出して画像化する手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記超音波プローブは、−20dB比帯域幅が80%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記超音波プローブは超音波を送信する圧電素子と、該圧電素子を駆動する送信部と、を備え、
前記送信部は、デューティ比0.3以下の矩形波バースト波により前記圧電素子を駆動することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記超音波プローブは、平面波の超音波を送信することを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の超音波診断装置。
