Description
・金属摩耗を減少させること、その際に金属摩耗の減少は、これまでの金属による解決手段に比べて90%まで努力されるべきである;
・カッティングテンプレートの耐用年数を延長し、ひいてはコストを節約すること;
・アレルギーリスク並びに感染のリスクを減少させること
にあった。
クロムドープを有する酸化アルミニウム70〜90体積部(Al2O3:Cr)、
Y安定化を有する酸化ジルコニウム12〜22体積部(ZrO2:Y)及び
可変のCrドープを有する式SrAl12-xCrxO19のアルミン酸ストロンチウム1〜5体積部を含有する。
・カッティングテンプレートは、極度に少ない摩耗を有する。
・材料は、生体適合性である。
・本発明によるカッティングテンプレートにレーザーで書き込む場合に、これは目で極めて良く見え、かつ読み取ることができ、それゆえカッティングテンプレートを使用する際の誤った取り扱いを減少させることができる。
・カッティングテンプレートは、良好なトライボロジー特性を有する。
a)所定の組成による粉末混合物を水中で調製する、沈降の回避のための流動化剤(Verfluessigern)の使用。
b)ディソルバー(高速撹拌機)中での均質化。
c)撹拌ボールミル中での粉砕、その際に、粉末混合物の比表面積の増加(=破砕(Zerkleinerung))。
d)有機結合剤の添加。
e)噴霧乾燥、その際に、定義された性質を有する易流動性顆粒が生じる。
f)水での顆粒の湿潤、
g)アキシアルプレス又はアイソスタチックプレス。
h)切削による生素地加工(Gruenbearbeitung)、その際に、焼結収縮を考慮しながら大体において最終輪郭が形どられる。
i)予備焼成、その際に理論密度の約98%への収縮。なお残留している残留細孔は、外へ向けて閉じられている。
j)高温及び高いガス圧下でのホットアイソスタチックプレス、それにより事実上完全な最終緻密化。
k)いわゆるクリーン焼成(Weissbrand)、それによりホットアイソスタチックプレスの際に発生されたセラミック中の酸素イオンの非平衡は相殺される。
I)研削及び研磨による硬質加工。
m)熱処理する(Tempern)。
Claims (6)
- カッティングテンプレートであって、
クロムドープを有する酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3:Cr) 70〜90体積部、
Y安定化を有する酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2:Y) 12〜22体積部及び
可変のCrドープを有する式SrAl12-xCrxO19のアルミン酸ストロンチウム 1〜5体積部
を含有することを特徴とする、カッティングテンプレート。 - 成分酸化ジルコニウム及びアルミン酸ストロンチウムが酸化アルミニウムマトリックス中で挿入されている、請求項1記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- アルミン酸ストロンチウムが小片状クリスタリット及び/又は小板の形態で存在する、請求項1又は2記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- この材料に付加的に、適した材料からなるウィスカー及び/又は繊維又は網状構造体又は織物が混入されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- 医療技術において使用するための、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- 人工膝関節置換術の際に使用するための、請求項5記載のカッティングテンプレート。
