Description
Claims (3)
- 感知駆動手段と、芯を昇降させる芯昇降装置の芯駆動軸(25)の間に連携されて作動する複数の組立体からなる連携作動手段とを備えて、前記感知駆動手段の感知信号によって芯(2)を自動的に下降させるように構成されており、
前記連携作動手段は、
前記感知駆動手段の感知信号が伝送された制御部の制御信号によって駆動する振動モータ(15)と、前記振動モータ(15)の偏心力が伝わってレバー回転軸(161)を中心として回転する回転ブラケット(16)とからなる駆動装置部(10)と、
前記駆動装置部(10)の駆動力が伝達されて作動するが、一方向にのみ回転力を伝達し、反対方向には回転力を拘束するラチェット手段と、前記ラチェット手段と互いに作用して芯駆動軸(25)を回動させる駆動手段とからなる従動装置部(20)と、
前記ラチェット手段に連携されて前記従動装置部(20)の回転力を駆動装置部(10)に戻す復元手段とを備え、
前記復元手段は、
ラチェットギア(23)に固定される戻りレバー(231)と、
ブラケットラチェット(22)に固定され、前記戻りレバー(231)の作動力が与えられる弾性プレート(224)とからなり、
前記ブラケットラチェット(22)の従動レバー(221)の下端部に設けられて前記従動レバー(221)の押下動作による電気的な接続により振動モータ(15)の電源にオフ信号を印加し、前記復元手段の作動によって従動レバー(221)の押下動作が解放される場合にスイッチレバー(181)が元の状態に戻りながら振動モータ(15)に電源を印加可能にするマイクロスイッチ(18)を備える
ことを特徴とするヒータ用自動消火装置。 - 前記感知駆動手段は、
二酸化炭素及び一酸化炭素センサー(30)と、温度センサー(40)と、タイマ(13)とのうちのいずれかからなり、これらを併用してもよく、単独で用いてもよい
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒータ用自動消火装置。 - 前記回転ブラケット(16)は、
前記振動モータ(15)に一体に設けられ、一方の側に前記従動装置部(20)のラチェット手段に回転力を伝える作動レバー(17)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒータ用自動消火装置。
