Claims (4)
- 直流電源の両端に接続され、第1スイッチ素子と第2スイッチ素子とが直列に接続された第1直列回路と、
前記第2スイッチ素子に並列に接続され、共振コンデンサと共振リアクトルとトランスの1次巻線とが直列に接続された第2直列回路と、
前記トランスの2次巻線の電圧を整流平滑する整流平滑回路と、
前記整流平滑回路の出力電圧に基づいて前記第1スイッチ素子と前記第2スイッチ素子とを交互にオン/オフさせる制御回路と、
前記第1スイッチ素子がオン時の前記共振コンデンサに流れる電流を検出する電流検出部と、
前記電流検出部により検出された電流を電圧信号に変換するとともに、前記電圧信号の電圧値が、入力電圧に応じて前記電圧信号を積分する期間を調整するための第1基準電圧値以上である期間に前記電圧信号を積分する積分回路と、
前記積分回路による出力電圧と第2基準電圧値とを比較し、前記積分回路による出力電圧が前記第2基準電圧値以上である場合に前記第1スイッチ素子をオフさせる過電流保護部と、
を備えることを特徴とするスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記整流平滑回路は、半波整流平滑回路であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記積分回路は、前記第1基準電圧値が前記電圧信号の最大電圧値に対して15%以上の電圧値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記積分回路は、前記第1基準電圧値が前記電圧信号の最大電圧値に対して80%以下の電圧値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のスイッチング電源装置。
