Description
有機層を形成する樹脂成分及び硬化剤成分として以下の材料を用いた。
樹脂成分:
アクリルポリオール 75重量部
ウレタンアクリル樹脂 25重量部
硬化剤成分:HDIイソシアヌレート変性体/TDIブレンド
なお、樹脂成分と硬化剤成分の質量比は100:11とした。
ガスバリア性の評価として、温度37.8℃湿度100%の条件にて、水蒸気透過率WVTR(g/m2・day)を米国MOCON社製水蒸気透過率測定装置(PERMATRAN)を使用して測定した。
有機層を熱硬化させる際に、それぞれ表1に示す条件で加熱処理を行った以外は、上記実施例1と同様にしてガスバリア性フィルムを製造し、得られたガスバリア性フィルムについて水蒸気透過率を測定した。その結果を表1にまとめて示す。

Claims (3)
- 基材上に有機層を形成する工程と、該有機層上に無機層を形成する工程とを有し、前記有機層が、アクリルポリオール及びイソシアネート化合物を含む有機層形成用塗布液を塗布し、40℃〜45℃で3日〜7日間処理する第1加熱処理と、60℃〜120℃で2分〜60分間処理する第2加熱処理とを行い熱硬化させることによって形成されるガスバリア性フィルムの製造方法。
- 第1加熱処理が、大気圧下で行われる請求項1に記載のガスバリア性フィルムの製造方法。
- 第2加熱処理が、真空下で行われる請求項1又は2に記載のガスバリア性フィルムの製造方法。
