Claims (10)
- 第1面及び第2面に強化層が形成されたガラス基板と、
前記ガラス基板の第1面の活性領域に形成されたセンシングパターンと、
前記活性領域の外郭部である非活性領域に形成されるブラックマトリクスと、
前記ブラックマトリクスの側面部を覆う形状にパターニング形成されるオーバーコート層と、
前記オーバーコート層を覆い、前記ガラス基板の強化層に接しつつ前記ガラス基板の切断面まで延設された絶縁層と、
前記ブラックマトリクスと一部重なり、前記センシングパターンに接続されるセンシングラインとが備えられ、
前記ガラス基板の切断により露出した未強化処理面のエッジ部が滑らかな形状で実現されることを特徴とするタッチスクリーンパネル。 - 前記絶縁層は、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)または酸化タンタル(Ta2O5)で実現されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記非活性領域に形成される絶縁層上に透明導電パターンがさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記透明導電パターンは、タッチスクリーンパネルの非活性領域の縁を囲む形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記透明導電パターンは、少なくとも1つ以上の積層構造で実現されることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル
- 前記透明導電パターンは、活性領域に形成されるセンシングパターンと同じ材料で同一工程により形成されることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記強化層が形成されたガラス基板は、ウィンドウの役割を果たし、前記第2面は、外部に露出して接触が行われる面であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記強化層は、ガラス基板の表面に存在するナトリウム(Na)成分がカリウム(K)成分に置換されて実現されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記ガラス基板の切断により露出した未強化処理面に化学溶液が接触し、前記エッジ部が滑らかな形状で実現されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記化学溶液は、フッ酸(HF)をベースとして、無機酸、アンモニウム系の添加剤を含んで実現されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
