Claims (9)
- 人工乳房インプラント製造方法において、人工乳房シェルを獲得するために乳房形状のモールドをシリコン溶液に浸すシリコン溶液浸漬段階と、
シリコン人工乳房シェルを獲得するために、乾燥装置を通してモールドに付着された人工乳房シェルを乾燥及び硬化させる乾燥及び硬化段階と、
乾燥及び硬化が完了したシェルが付いているモールドをシリコン溶液に浸してから取り出し、シェルの表面にシリコン溶液に溶解されなく、シリコン溶液の物性にも影響を与えなく、溶媒によって溶解されて除去される固体粒子又は粉末を、シリコン溶液の流動性がなくなる程度に撒き散らしたり噴射した後、シェルの表面を有機溶媒に噴霧又は浸漬処理した後、再びシェルの表面に固体粒子又は粉末を撒いたり噴射処理してオープンセルフォーム層を形成するオープンセルフォーム層形成段階と、
前記モールドに付着され、オープンセルフォーム層が形成された人工乳房シェルの下端部に穴を形成し、モールドから人工乳房シェルを着脱する人工乳房シェル獲得段階と、
前記の形成された穴を塞ぐために、流出防止膜が含まれたシリコン膜を穴に付着させるインプラント形成段階と、を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、シリコンオープンセルフォーム層が表面に形成された人工乳房インプラント製造方法であって、
前記オープンセルフォーム層形成段階でシリコン溶液の濃度と固体粒子又は粉末のサイズ、有機溶媒処理速度を調節し、所望の厚さのオープンセルフォーム層を形成することを特徴とし、
前記オープンセルフォーム層形成段階を繰り返し、所望の厚さのオープンセルフォーム層を形成することを特徴とし、
前記オープンセルフォーム層形成段階で形成されたオープンセルフォーム層を乾燥及び硬化させるための乾燥及び硬化段階をさらに含むことを特徴とし、
前記乾燥は、30℃オーブンで有機溶媒を完全に揮発させて乾燥させることによって行い、前記硬化は、乾燥が完了した人工乳房モールドを170℃の条件で3時間オーブンを用いて硬化させ、モールドに形成されたシリコン溶液を完全に硬化させることによって行うことを特徴とし、
前記乾燥及び硬化されたオープンセルフォーム層が形成された人工乳房シェルを蒸気滅菌器を用いて140℃の水と1.4気圧の蒸気の条件で約30時間加熱、高圧蒸気処理し、前記固体粒子又は粉末を除去する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、シリコンオープンセルフォーム層が表面に形成された人工乳房インプラント製造方法。 - 前記固体粒子又は粉末としては、塩化ナトリウム、炭酸アンモニウム、リン酸アンモニウム、塩化アンモニウムのうちいずれか一つを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシリコンオープンセルフォーム層が表面に形成された人工乳房インプラント製造方法。
- 前記溶媒は水であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシリコンオープンセルフォーム層が表面に形成された人工乳房インプラント製造方法。
- 前記有機溶媒は前記シリコン溶液と容易に混合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシリコンオープンセルフォーム層が表面に形成された人工乳房インプラント製造方法。
- 前記有機溶媒としては、ベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン又はこれらの誘導体のうちいずれか一つを使用することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のシリコンオープンセルフォーム層が表面に形成された人工乳房インプラント製造方法。
- 前記有機溶媒はキシレンであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のシリコンオープンセルフォーム層が表面に形成された人工乳房インプラント製造方法。
- 前記オープンセルフォーム層形成段階で形成されたオープンセルフォーム層の厚さ調節や、優れた外観のために毛羽除去(後加工)段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1項に記載のシリコンオープンセルフォーム層が表面に形成された人工乳房インプラント製造方法。
- 前記オープンセルフォーム層形成段階でオープンセルの形成のために処理した固体粒子又は粉末は、オープンセルが形成された人工乳房シェルに水蒸気を直接又は間接的に処理して除去することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1項に記載のシリコンオープンセルフォーム層が表面に形成された人工乳房インプラント製造方法。
- 前記乾燥及び硬化されたオープンセルフォーム層が形成された人工乳房シェルを擦り処理し、前記固体粒子又は粉末を除去する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシリコンオープンセルフォーム層が表面に形成された人工乳房インプラント製造方法。
