Claims (3)
- 流体が供給及び排出されることで作動し、固定側構造体に対して揺動可能に連結された可動側構造体を揺動させるように駆動する、流体アクチュエータであって、
流体が供給及び排出されるシリンダと、
前記固定側構造体に対して固定され、前記シリンダが一体に設けられ又は固定された本体部と、
前記シリンダ内でシリンダ室を区画するとともに当該シリンダの内壁に対して摺動するピストンと、
前記ピストンに対して一体に設けられ又は固定され、前記シリンダに対して伸張及び収縮するように変位するロッドと、
前記シリンダの軸方向に対して平行に又は前記シリンダの軸方向と平行な方向に対して斜めに延びるように、且つ前記シリンダの前記軸方向に垂直な方向から視て前記シリンダと重なるように設置されて、一端側が前記可動側構造体に対して揺動可能に連結されるリンク部材と、
前記ロッドに固定されるとともに、前記リンク部材の他端側が揺動可能に連結される連結部材と、
を備えていることを特徴とする、流体アクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載の流体アクチュエータであって、
平行に設置された前記ロッドが複数備えられ、
前記リンク部材は、複数の前記ロッドが平行に並ぶ面に対して垂直な方向において、複数の前記ロッドの間の領域に重なる位置に設置されていることを特徴とする、流体アクチュエータ。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流体アクチュエータであって、
平行に設置された前記ロッドが複数備えられ、
前記連結部材は、複数の前記ロッドの端部を一体に結合するように複数の当該ロッドに対して固定されていることを特徴とする、流体アクチュエータ。
