Claims (3)
- 高電圧発生回路と、
前記高電圧発生回路の出力電圧を逆バイアス電圧として受ける光電気変換素子と、
前記光電気変換素子に電気的に接続され、該光電気変換素子が発生する光電流のミラー電流を生成するカレントミラー回路と、
前記カレントミラー回路に電気的に接続され、前記ミラー電流を受けて該ミラー電流に応じた電圧を生成する電圧変換回路と、
を備え、
前記高電圧発生回路は、前記電圧変換回路によって生成される前記電圧がフィードバックされる入力端子を有する誤差増幅器を含み、前記電圧変換回路によって生成される前記電圧の大きさに応じた大きさの前記出力電圧を発生し、
前記出力電圧は、前記光電流が大きくなるにつれて大きくなり、前記光電流が小さくなるにつれて小さくなる、
光受信器。 - 前記高電圧発生回路は、前記出力電圧が該高電圧発生回路に供給される電源電圧よりも高い電圧となるよう昇圧動作を行う、請求項1に記載の光受信器。
- 前記誤差増幅器は、基準電圧が入力される端子を更に有し、前記入力端子に入力される前記電圧と前記基準電圧との差に応じた大きさの誤差電圧を出力し、
前記高電圧発生回路は、前記誤差電圧に応じて前記出力電圧を出力する、
請求項2に記載の光受信器。
