Description
Claims (10)
- ブロー成形型を備えた少なくとも1つのブローステーションを有し、前記ブロー成形型が前記ブローステーションの担持体によって保持され、加圧領域(43)がパッキン(41)によって周囲に対し密封されている、容器をブロー成形するための装置において、
前記パッキン(41)が少なくとも2つの領域(45,46)から形成され、そのうち第1の領域(45)が第2の領域(46)よりも硬い材料から成っていること、
両領域(45,46)が互いに相対的に不動に結合されていること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 前記第1の領域がプラスチックから成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の領域がエラストマー材から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記パッキン(41)が周回するように延在して閉じているパッキンプロファイルを形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記パッキン(41)が前記ブローステーション(3)の型固定部の一部として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記パッキン(41)が型担持体(19,20)と前記ブロー成形型(4)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記パッキン(41)がリップパッキンとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記パッキン(41)が少なくとも部分的に凹部(42)によって受容されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記第1の領域(45)が前記パッキン(41)の体積のほぼ10%ないし70%を充填していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記領域(45,46)の間の仕切り面(47)が前記凹部(42)の基面(48)に対し垂直な拡がり成分を持つように延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
