Abstract
Description
さらに本発明は、少なくとも1つのブローステーションを有し、該ブローステーションが少なくとも1つのブロー成形型と少なくとも1つの引伸ばし棒とを備え、引伸ばし棒が加圧状態にあるガスを供給するための供給装置に接続されている、容器をブロー成形するための装置にも関わる。
図1と図2はパリソン(1)をブロー成形して容器(2)を形成するための装置の基本構成図である。
Claims (20)
- パリソンを熱的にコンディショニングした後、該パリソンをブロー成形型の内部で引伸ばし棒により引伸ばし、ブロー成形圧を作用させることにより容器に成形し、加圧状態にあるガスを引伸ばし棒を通じて容器内へ導入させるようにした、容器をブロー成形するための方法において、
加圧状態にあるガスを少なくとも2つの異なる流動経路を介して容器(2)内へ導入することを特徴とする方法。 - 加圧状態にあるガスを少なくとも一時的に1つの流動経路のみを介して供給することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加圧状態にあるガスを第1の処理段階で開口部分(21)の付近でパリソン(1)内へ導入することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 加圧状態にあるガスを、第1の処理段階の間に、引伸ばし棒(11)を取り囲む流動経路を通じて導入することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 加圧状態にあるガスを、第2の処理段階の間に、引伸ばし棒(11)を通じて導入することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 加圧状態にあるガスを、第2の処理段階の間に、容器(2)の底部付近で導入することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 加圧状態にあるガスを、第2の処理段階の間に、第1の処理段階よりも高圧で導入することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 引伸ばし棒(11)を前もって引き戻した後に減圧を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 減圧を少なくとも部分的に引伸ばし棒(11)を通じて行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのブローステーションを有し、該ブローステーションが少なくとも1つのブロー成形型と少なくとも1つの引伸ばし棒とを備え、引伸ばし棒が加圧状態にあるガスを供給するための供給装置に接続されている、容器をブロー成形するための装置において、
ブローステーション(3)が加圧状態にあるガスのための少なくとも2つの異なる流動経路を有し、該流動経路がブロー成形型(4)によって取り囲まれている空間内まで通じていることを特徴とする装置。 - 1つの流動経路が引伸ばし棒(11)を貫通して延びていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 1つの流動経路が引伸ばし棒(11)の外側に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも2つの流動経路が引伸ばし棒(11)を貫通して延びていることを特徴とする、請求項10から12までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 1つの流動経路がブロー成形型(4)の点検用開口部の付近でブロー成形型(4)に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項10から13までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 1つの流動経路が、少なくとも一時的に、ブロー成形型(4)の底部部分の付近で、ブロー成形型(4)によって取り囲まれた内部空間に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項10から14までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 第1の流動経路が容器成形用の圧縮ガスを供給するために形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10から15までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 圧縮ガスを供給するための第2の流動経路が容器成形用に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10から16までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも2つの流動経路が加圧状態にあるガスであって異なる圧力レベルを持つ前記ガスを供給するために形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10から17までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 引伸ばし棒(11)が側壁によって取り囲まれる内部空間を有し、該内部空間が側壁の複数個の繰り抜き部を通じて圧縮ガス供給部に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項10から18までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 各流動経路の領域に、弁機能を実現させるための少なくとも1つの調整要素が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10から19までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
