Description
図1は、実施形態に係る車両用冷暖房装置のシステム構成を表す図である。この車両用冷暖房装置は、電気自動車の冷暖房装置として具体化されたものである。
図4に示すように、第2制御弁206は、ステッピングモータ駆動式の電動弁として構成され、弁本体501とモータユニット102とを組み付けて構成されている。弁本体501は、有底筒状のボディ504に比例弁51と比例弁52とを同軸状に収容して構成される。比例弁52は、大口径の弁571と小口径の弁572とを含む。比例弁51は「第1弁」として機能し、弁571は「第2弁」として機能し、弁572は「第3弁」として機能する。比例弁51および比例弁52(弁571,弁572)は、1つのモータユニット102により開閉駆動される。
Claims (5)
- 作動流体を導入する導入ポートと、作動流体を導入または導出する導入出ポートと、作動流体を導出する導出ポートと、前記導入ポートと前記導出ポートとを連通させる第1弁孔と、前記第1弁孔と同一軸線上に配置され前記導入出ポートと前記導出ポートとを連通させる第2弁孔とを有する共用のボディと、
前記第1弁孔に接離して第1弁の開度を調整する第1弁体と、
前記第2弁孔に接離して第2弁を開閉する一方、前記導入出ポートと前記導出ポートとを連通させる、前記第2弁孔よりも小径の第3弁孔が形成された第2弁体と、
前記第1弁体と一体変位可能に設けられ、前記第3弁孔に接離して第3弁の開度を調整する第3弁体と、
前記第2弁体を前記第2弁の閉弁方向であって前記第3弁の開弁方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
前記第1弁、前記第2弁および前記第3弁の開度を電気的に制御するための共用のアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータにより軸線方向に駆動され、前記第1弁体に各弁の開閉方向の駆動力を伝達する弁作動体と、
を備えることを特徴とする制御弁。 - 前記第1弁体と前記第3弁体とが一体に設けられた弁体部と、前記弁体部の前記アクチュエータの側に連設されて前記弁作動体に連結されるガイド部とを有する弁駆動体と、
前記ガイド部と前記弁作動体との連結部に設けられ、前記第1弁体または前記第3弁体が閉弁状態となる際に前記弁作動体に作用する反力を緩和する緩衝機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御弁。 - 前記緩衝機構は、前記弁作動体に設けられた係止部を軸線方向に挟むように対向配置された一対のスプリングを含み、
各スプリングの前記係止部とは反対側の端部が前記ガイド部に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制御弁。 - 前記ガイド部が前記ボディに摺動可能に支持されるとともに、前記ボディとの間に背圧室を形成し、
前記弁駆動体を貫通する連通路が設けられ、
前記連通路を介して前記第1弁の下流側の作動流体を前記背圧室に導入することにより、前記弁駆動体に作用する流体圧力の影響を小さくする背圧キャンセル構造が構成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の制御弁。 - 前記アクチュエータとして、回転駆動されるロータを含むステッピングモータと、
前記ロータとともに回転し、その軸線周りの回転運動を前記弁作動体の軸線方向の並進運動に変換する作動変換機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の制御弁。
