Description
前記のように蓄熱材を備えることで、鏡面上の結露水の生成が抑制されるが、気温や湿度、日照状況などの変化によって、蓄熱材を備えていても鏡面に結露水が生じる場合がある。また、前記のような蓄熱材は、放熱した後の蓄熱の段階で、鏡面から吸熱して熱を蓄えるのであるが、鏡面を冷却するように作用して鏡面に結露水生成を促す場合がある。これは夜明け直後などに起こりやすい現象である。上記のような要因により結露水が生じても、鏡面の光触媒含有層が前記の親水化作用を奏することにより、鏡面の視認性を良好に保つことができる。
また、突出形成された取付部を備えさせることにより、特に取付部での強度が必要となる部分の強度アップを図ることで、裏板の全域に渡って同一の板厚にしながらも、裏板の全域に渡って裏板の強度を均一にすることができる。しかも、裏板から金属製の取付部を通して蓄熱材からの熱が外部に放出されることを、取付部の内側に形成される空間内に配置された断熱材により確実に阻止することができる。
また、カバー部材を該カバー部材の蓄熱材側の面と前記取付部を除く裏板の蓄熱材側の面とが面一又はほぼ面一になるように備えているので、蓄熱材を押圧する裏板の蓄熱材側の面のうちのどの箇所においても、蓄熱材を押圧する押圧力を均一に保ち易い利点がある。
Claims (2)
- 鏡面体と裏板とを備え、前記鏡面体の鏡面上に光触媒含有層が形成され、該鏡面体と前記裏板との間に蓄熱材を備えており、
前記裏板が金属でなり、該裏板に取付金具を取り付けるための取付部を備え、該取付部は、該裏板の所定箇所に該裏板の厚み方向外方側に突出して形成され、該突出形成された取付部の内側に形成される空間内に断熱材を入り込ませ、
前記断熱材が入り込んだ前記取付部を蓄熱材側から覆うためのカバー部材を備え、該カバー部材の蓄熱材側の面と前記取付部を除く裏板の蓄熱材側の面とが面一又はほぼ面一になっていることを特徴とする防曇性道路反射鏡。 - 前記取付金具を前記裏板に螺子部材を介して取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防曇性道路反射鏡。
