Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係る生体器官病変部改善用器具1は、図1および図2に示すように、ガイドワイヤルーメン61を有する内側チューブ体(シャフト部)3と、筒形状に形成されてなり、生体内挿入時には縮径され、生体内留置時には外方に拡張可能なステント10(生体内留置物)と、前記ステント10を収納した外側チューブ体(シース;収納チューブ体)2とを備える。ここで、前記ステント10は、前記内側チューブ体(シャフト部)3の先端部を覆うように配置されている。また、後述の薄肉部21aが破断した際、外側チューブ体(シース)2を内側チューブ体(シャフト部)3に対して基端側に移動させて、ステント10を外側チューブ体(シース)2から放出することが可能である。
本発明の第2実施形態に係る生体器官病変部改善用器具は、ステントを収納する収納チューブ体の構成が、第1実施形態に係る生体器官病変部改善用器具とは異なる。なお、それ以外の構成は、第1実施形態に係る生体器官病変部改善用器具と基本的には同様であるため、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (8)
- ガイドワイヤルーメンを有する内側チューブ体と、
前記内側チューブ体の先端部を覆うように配置された、筒形状に形成されてなり、生体内挿入時には縮径され、生体内留置時には外方に拡張可能な生体内留置物と、
前記生体内留置物を収納した収納チューブ体と、
を備えた生体器官病変部改善用器具であって、
前記生体内留置物は、体液との接触により接着性を失う体液応答性接着剤を介して前記内側チューブ体の先端部に固定されており、
前記収納チューブ体の先端は、前記内側チューブ体の前記生体内留置物の配置部位よりも先端側に液密または気密に固着されており、
前記収納チューブ体に、外力によって他の部位よりも優先的に破断する脆弱部が設けられており、
前記収納チューブ体の基端は、前記内側チューブ体の前記生体内留置物の配置部位よりも基端側と液密または気密に固着されることにより前記生体内留置物の収納空間を形成しており、
前記収納空間の内部圧力を高めるための加圧手段をさらに有することを特徴とする生体器官病変部改善用器具。 - 前記体液はpH7以上の体液である、請求項1に記載の生体器官病変部改善用器具。
- 前記体液は血液である、請求項2に記載の生体器官病変部改善用器具。
- 前記体液応答性接着剤は、(メタ)アクリルアミド系単量体に由来する構成単位および不飽和カルボン酸に由来する構成単位を含み、架橋剤により架橋されてなる共重合体を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の生体器官病変部改善用器具。
- 前記脆弱部は、前記収納チューブ体の他の部位よりも厚さの薄い薄肉部である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の生体器官病変部改善用器具。
- 前記脆弱部は、前記収納チューブ体の周方向に全周的に設けられている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の生体器官病変部改善用器具。
- 前記脆弱部は、前記収納チューブ体の前記生体内留置物を収納した部位よりも先端側に設けられている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の生体器官病変部改善用器具。
- 前記収納チューブ体は、前記内側チューブ体を被包する外側チューブ体により構成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の生体器官病変部改善用器具。
