Claims (8)
- 作業機械(1)の液圧システム(10)をコントロールするための方法であって、前記液圧システムが、前記作業機械の1つまたは複数のアクチュエータ(11,12)に対して液圧流体を提供するための液圧機械(13)を包含し、前記方法が、
前記1つまたは複数のアクチュエータのうちの第1のアクチュエータ(11)が前記1つまたは複数のアクチュエータのうちの最大負荷圧力を有するとき、前記第1のアクチュエータの前記負荷圧力に基づき、前記第1のアクチュエータから前記液圧機械(13)へポンプ圧力を要求する信号を受信することと、
前記第1のアクチュエータ(11)からの前記圧力要求を、操作不能になっている前記第1のアクチュエータの負荷圧力に基づかず、前記第1のアクチュエータが過負荷または幾何学的な制限に起因して操作不能になっていること、および前記作業機械の推進力に起因して、または前記1つまたは複数のアクチュエータのうちの別のアクチュエータからの力に起因して前記第1のアクチュエータの前記負荷圧力が最大ポンプ圧力を超過していることを条件として判別することと、
前記1つまたは複数のアクチュエータのうちの第2のアクチュエータ(12)が動作中であり、かつそれが前記1つまたは複数のアクチュエータのうちの2番目に最大の負荷圧力を有するとき、前記第2のアクチュエータの前記負荷圧力に基づいてポンプ圧力を提供するべく前記液圧機械(13)をコントロールするか、または前記第1のアクチュエータよりほかに動作中のアクチュエータが存在しない場合には、所定のアイドル・ポンプ圧力を提供するべく前記液圧機械をコントロールすることと、
を包含することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1のアクチュエータ(11)からの前記ポンプ圧力の前記要求を、前記第1のアクチュエータが操作不能になっていることを示す移動および/または位置の直接的または間接的な測定値に基づいて判別することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のアクチュエータがすでに操作不能になっていないことを示す前記第1のアクチュエータ(11)の所定の負荷圧力の値に基づいて前記判別をキャンセルすることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数のアクチュエータのうちの1つ(11)は、前記作業機械の持ち上げアーム・ユニットを持ち上げるため、およびそれを下げるために提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数のアクチュエータのうちの1つ(12)は、前記作業機械の前記持ち上げアーム・ユニットに取り付けられる装具を傾けるために提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 液圧シリンダおよび/または液圧モータの形式の前記1つまたは複数のアクチュエータ(11,12)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- コンピュータ・プログラムであって、コンピュータ上において実行されているときに請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のステップを実行するためのコード手段を包含するコンピュータ・プログラム。
- 請求項7に記載のコンピュータ・プログラムを包含するコンピュータ可読媒体。
