Description
Claims (8)
- 油圧回路(50)と、
油圧回路に加圧流体を供給するように構成されたポンプ(52)と、
油圧回路から加圧流体を受け取るように流体接続された第1の流体アクチュエータ(20)と、
第1の流体アクチュエータへの流体の流れを制御するように移動可能な第1の弁機構(54)と、
油圧回路から加圧流体を受け取るように流体接続された第2の流体アクチュエータ(26)と、
第2の流体アクチュエータへの流体の流れを制御するように移動可能な第2の弁機構(56)と、
第1の弁機構および第2の弁機構と通信する制御装置(58)とを備える油圧制御システム(48)であって、制御装置(58)が、
第1の流体アクチュエータの停滞状態の判断を行い、
判断に基づいて、第2の弁機構に向けられる流量指令を、第1の弁機構に向けられた流量指令にほぼ等しい量だけ、しきい値限界未満の速度で流量指令を選択的に増加する
ように構成される油圧制御システム(48)。 - しきい値限界が、約100〜1500lpm/秒である請求項1に記載の油圧制御システム。
- 制御装置が、第1の流体アクチュエータが停滞状態であると判断されるときに、第1の弁機構に向けられた流量指令を選択的に制限するように構成される請求項1に記載の油圧制御システム。
- 制御装置が、第1の弁機構に向けられた流量指令を最大流量指令の約10〜50%に選択的に制限するように構成される請求項1に記載の油圧制御システム。
- ポンプの出力が、第1の流体アクチュエータの停滞状態前または停滞状態中に実質的に変化しない請求項1に記載の油圧制御システム。
- ポンプが、油圧機械式の負荷感知ポンプである請求項5に記載の油圧制御システム。
- 機械(10)を動作させる方法であって、
流体を加圧するステップと、
第1の様式で機械を移動させるために、加圧流体の第1の流れを向けるステップと、
第2の様式で機械を移動させるために、加圧流体の第2の流れを向けるステップと、
第1の様式での機械の移動に関連付けられる停滞状態の判断を行うステップと、
第1の様式での機械の移動が停滞していると判断されるときに、第1の弁機構に向けられた流量指令にほぼ等しい量だけ、しきい値限界未満の速度で流量指令を選択的に増加させるよう、第2の流れの変化を選択的に指令するステップと
を含む方法。 - 変化を選択的に指令するステップが、第1の様式での機械の移動が停滞していると判断されるときに、第1の流れとほぼ等しい量だけの第2の流れの増加を選択的に指令するステップを含む請求項7に記載の方法。
