Description
a)前記透明な壁の外側表面上に、少なくとも1つのインクのスポットを付与する工程と、
b)前記透明な壁を加熱する工程と、
c)前記透明な壁の前記インクのスポット内にデータマトリクスを彫り込む工程と、
を含む。
光源によって、透明な壁のインクスポットに彫り込まれたデータマトリクスを照明する工程と、
データマトリクス内に含まれる情報を、データマトリクスによって発生された反射光を捉えるカメラ手段によって読み取る工程と、
を含む。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも透明な壁(3)を含むコンテナ(1)のマーキング方法であって、
a)前記透明な壁の外側表面上に、少なくとも1つのインク(5)のスポットを付与する工程と、
b)前記インクを固定および硬化させるように、前記透明な壁を加熱する工程と、
c)前記工程b)によって固定および硬化された前記インクを部分的に除去することによって、前記透明な壁の前記インクのスポット内にデータマトリクス(6)を彫り込む工程と、
d)前記データマトリクスの周りに残る前記インクを除去する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記付与する工程a)は、パッド印刷によって実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)において、前記透明な壁は、55から65℃の範囲の温度で6から8分の範囲の時間、加熱されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記付与する工程a)は、セリグラフィーによって実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)において、前記透明な壁は、625から660℃の範囲の温度で3から22分の範囲の時間、加熱されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記彫り込む工程c)は、レーザを用いて実施されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記除去する工程d)は、レーザを用いて実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られるマーク付きのコンテナ(1)。
- 前記コンテナは、物質が充填済みであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のマーク付きのコンテナ(1)。
- 前記透明な壁はガラスによって作られることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のマーク付きのコンテナ(1)。
- 前記コンテナは注射器本体(1)であることを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれかに記載のマーク付きのコンテナ(1)。
- 前記注射器本体(1)は、ニードル(4)が備わることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のマーク付きのコンテナ(1)。
- 請求項8から12のいずれかに記載のマーク付きのコンテナ(1)の識別方法であって、
光源(7)によって、前記透明な壁(3)の前記インクスポットに彫り込まれた前記データマトリクス(6)を照明する工程と、
前記データマトリクス内に含まれる情報を、前記データマトリクスによって発生された反射光を捉えるカメラ手段(8)によって読み取る工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
