Description
Claims (9)
- 2つの半体シェル(1,3)を備える配管の断熱保護要素(1)において、前記半体シェル(1,3)のそれぞれが、開放凹部(10A)を有し且つ壁部(11)を有する中空本体(10)を形成し、前記半体シェル(1,3)のそれぞれが、樹脂及び/又は繊維から構成される複合材料から作られ、一方の前記半体シェル(1)が、前記壁部(11)の厚みに組み込まれた少なくとも1つの剛性を有する基台(16)を備え、前記基台(16)は、前記壁部の外側面(11A)に対する隆起部を構成し、且つ前記保護要素に関連する技術的装置の固定に適合するよう設計される位置決め及び/又は支持の手段を構成し、前記基台(16)は、前記保護要素の前記本体(10)の前記壁部(11)に埋め込まれる少なくとも1つの金属製のインサート(9)を備えることを特徴とする保護要素。
- 前記基台(16)が、固定手段を構成する少なくとも1つの穴(17)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護要素。
- 前記本体(10)の前記壁部(11)が、エポキシ樹脂系の樹脂及び/又はガラス繊維などの断熱繊維からなる材料のような成形可能な断熱材料から作られることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の保護要素。
- 前記本体(10)の前記壁部(11)が、着脱可能である又は着脱不可能である保護パッドによって覆うことが可能な少なくとも1つの逃し穴(8)を有し、前記逃し穴(8)は、前記基台(16)の近傍に優先的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の保護要素。
- 前記開放凹部(10A)で管(2)を覆うように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の保護要素。
- 請求項5に記載の保護要素において、
前記一方の半体シェル(1)に対向して配置され且つ相補的である他方の前記半体シェル(3)と共に使用されることにより、前記管(2)を囲む断熱保護シェル(4)を形成するように設計されることを特徴とする保護要素。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の保護要素において、
前記保護要素が取り付けられる前記配管の経路をたどるように設計される技術的要素(7)を固定するために使用されることを特徴とする保護要素。 - 1つ又は複数の基台(16)を用いて、前記逃し穴(8)に対向して配置される少なくとも1つのセンサ(70)を有する検知線(7)を支持することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の保護要素。
- 建造物、又は、空を移動する型式、レール上を移動する型式、水上を移動する型式若しくは道路上を移動する型式の輸送手段に配置される配管に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の保護要素。
