Description
Claims (7)
- 金属粉末を、軸線方向に変位した均一な突出部を有する部材に圧縮成形するための、ダイ(515)、並びにパンチ表面を有する上パンチ(501、503、505)及び下パンチ(507、509、511)を備え、前記上パンチ及び下パンチが、前記部材を圧縮成形する前に、前記上パンチと下パンチとの間の前記金属粉末を変位させるための変位可能な対向するパンチ表面を有する圧縮成形ツールにおいて、
前記圧縮成形ツールの上パンチ及び下パンチの各々が、パンチ表面の組を各々が有する第1のパンチ部分(501、507)及び第2のパンチ部分(503、509)を含み、前記第1のパンチ部分(501、507)及び第2のパンチ部分(503、509)、したがってパンチ表面のそれぞれの組を互いに軸線方向に変位させることができるようになっており、
前記第1のパンチ部分(501、507)及び第2のパンチ部分(503、509)の各々が、軸線方向に延びる複数のパンチ部材(531、533、537、539)を有し、各パンチ部材がパンチ表面(547、549)を有し、前記複数のパンチ部材が同軸方向に配置され、
前記上パンチの前記第1のパンチ部分(501)のパンチ表面と、前記下パンチの前記第1のパンチ部分(507)のパンチ表面との間、および
前記上パンチの前記第2のパンチ部分(503)のパンチ表面と、前記下パンチの前記第2のパンチ部分(509)のパンチ表面との間で、前記軸線方向に変位した均一な突出部を形成するようになっており、
前記第1パンチ部分(501、507)の複数のパンチ部材(531、537)と前記第2パンチ部分(503、509)の複数のパンチ部材(533、539)とが、管形状の円周の周りに交互に配置されるようになっている、圧縮成形ツール。 - 前記圧縮成形ツールが、回転電気機械に使用される固定子(10)を圧縮成形するためのものである、請求項1に記載された圧縮成形ツール。
- 前記第1のパンチ部分(501、507)及び第2のパンチ部分(503、509)の各々が環状の基部(521、523、527、529)を有し、対応するパンチ部材(531、533、537、539)の組が前記基部(521、523、527、529)に連結され、前記対応するパンチ部材(531、533、537、539)の組が前記基部(521、523、527、529)から軸線方向に突出している、請求項1または請求項2に記載された圧縮成形ツール。
- 前記圧縮成形ツールが、軟磁性粉末などの軟磁性材料を圧縮成形するためのものである、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の圧縮成形ツール。
- 圧縮成形ツールにより金属粉末を、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の圧縮成形ツールによって、軸線方向に変位した少なくとも1つの均一な突出部(909、911)を有する部材に圧縮成形するための方法において、前記圧縮成形ツールの充填空洞への充填後の前記部材が、軸線方向に位置合わせされた突出部を有して形成され、前記少なくとも1つの突出部が、充填後且つ前記部材への圧縮成形前に軸線方向に変位されることを特徴とする、圧縮成形方法。
- 前記方法が、回転機械の前記固定子(10)を圧縮成形するために使用され、前記固定子(10)が、軸線方向に変位した固定子歯の2つのグループを有する均一な固定子歯の形態の突出部(909、911)を含む、請求項5に記載された圧縮成形方法。
- 請求項5または請求項6に記載された圧縮成形方法により金属粉末を圧縮成形することによって作製された部材であって、前記部材が、回転機械の一部として使用される軸線方向に変位した固定子歯を有する固定子(10)である、部材。
