Description
それぞれそれ自身の駆動装置を備えた少なくとも二つの圧縮機が直列に取りつけられた、緩衝器に開口した主管から主として成る多段高圧圧縮装置であって、
主管の出口における圧力を決定するための手段を備え、かつ、制御パネルに接続された多段高圧圧縮装置において、
前記制御パネルが、少なくとも二つの前記圧縮機駆動装置に接続されており、また、前記制御パネルが、前記圧縮機を、これらの圧縮機がどちらも同時に負荷状態または無負荷状態で運転され、これらの圧縮機が単位時間あたり同量の空気を圧縮するように、制御すること、
を特徴とする多段高圧圧縮装置、

Claims (6)
- それぞれそれ自身の駆動装置(9、10)を備えた少なくとも二つの圧縮機(4、5)が直列に取り付けられた、緩衝器(3)に開口した主管(2)から主として成る、少なくとも2000kPaの圧力までガスを圧縮することのできるタイプの多段高圧圧縮装置であって、
主管(2)の出口における圧力を決定するための手段(7)を備え、かつ、制御パネル(8)に接続された多段高圧圧縮装置において、
前記制御パネル(8)が、前記圧縮機(4,5)の少なくとも二つの前記駆動装置(9,10)に接続されており、また、前記制御パネル(8)が、前記圧縮機(4,5)を、これらの圧縮機がどちらも同時に負荷状態または無負荷状態で運転されるように、制御すること、
前記圧縮機(4,5)が、固定速度で駆動されるタイプのものであって、固定速度で駆動する時にこれらの圧縮機が単位時間あたり同質量の空気を圧縮する大きさのものであること、
少なくとも一つの圧縮機(4,5)がピストン圧縮機であり、少なくとも一つの圧縮機(4,5)がスクリュー式圧縮機であること、
前記ピストン圧縮機が多段高圧圧縮装置の最終高圧段で使用されること、
を特徴とする多段高圧圧縮装置。 - 当該圧縮機(4,5)が、これらの圧縮機が単位時間あたり同質量のガスを圧縮するように、制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮装置。
- 当該制御パネル(8)が、当該それぞれの圧縮機(4,5)を、最終高圧段をなす圧縮機(5)の駆動速度に応じて駆動するものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧縮装置。
- 当該圧縮機(4, 5)の間にガスタンクを1つだけ備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 当該圧縮機(4,5)の各駆動装置(9,10)が当該圧縮装置の制御パネル(8)に繋がれていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の中のいずれか一つの記載の圧縮装置。
- 各圧縮機が、当該圧縮機の駆動装置によって駆動される単一または複数の圧縮要素を有しうることを特徴とする請求項1から5の中のいずれか一つに記載の圧縮装置。
