- 栄養物及びバクテリアを含む粒状開始物質を混合タンクに供給し、前記混合タンク内の前記開始物質を溶解し、前記バクテリアの増殖を促進し、前記混合タンクから前記バクテリアを含む水性スラリーを放出するのに有用な装置であって、
フレーム及び着脱自在なカバーを有する筐体と、
粒状物質フィーダユニットと、
前記フレームに支持されると共に、前記粒状物質フィーダユニットに着脱自在に係合して、粒状開始物質を分注可能にするフィーダ駆動アセンブリと、
液流制御システムと、
少なくとも部分的に前記粒状物質フィーダユニットの下側に配置されて、前記粒状物質フィーダユニットから分注された粒状開始物質を受け入れる混合タンクと、
前記混合タンクと流体連通しており、前記スラリーが前記混合タンク内にて十分な時間滞留した後に前記スラリーを放出する水性スラリー放出装置と、

前記堅いオーバーフロードレーン管の上側端部は、少なくとも1つの入口ポートと、互いに逆向きに配置される少なくとも2つのスカッパとを具えている装置。 - バクテリアを含む水性スラリーを分注する装置において、
供給キャニスタと、前記回転フィーダカップと、前記供給キャニスタに着脱自在に取り付けられたフィーダ基部蓋体アセンブリとを具えるフィーダユニットであって、前記回転フィーダカップは、前記供給キャニスタの下側に、且つ、前記フィーダ基部蓋体アセンブリの内側に配置されており、前記供給キャニスタは、堅い壁と開口端とを具えており、バクテリアを含んだ予め入れられた粒状開始物質を含んでおり、前記フィーダ基部蓋体アセンブリ及び前記回転フィーダカップの各々は、前記供給キャニスタから混合タンクへと粒状開始物質を放出するための開口を具えており、前記混合タンクは、少なくとも部分的に前記フィーダ基部蓋体アセンブリの開口の下側に配置されている、フィーダユニットと、
前記フィーダユニットに着脱自在に係合し、所定の間隔で前記フィーダ基部蓋体アセンブリの開口と一致して、ずれるように前記回転フィーダカップの開口を回転させるフィーダ駆動アセンブリと、
前記混合タンク内にてほぼ等距離の場所に配置されており、前記混合タンクに液体を供給する2又は3以上の液体ジェットと、
前記混合タンク内で混じり合った粒状開始物質及び液体で形成された水性スラリーを、前記混合タンクから分注する出口と、
を具えており、
粒状開始物質が無くなると、前記フィーダユニットが、工具を使うことなく、前記フィーダ駆動アセンブリから摺動自在に係合を解除され、前記分注する装置から除かれて、粒状開始物質を予め入れた別のフィーダユニットに置き換えられるように構成されており、
前記フィーダ駆動アセンブリは、駆動シャフトと、前記フィーダユニットの前記フィーダ基部蓋体アセンブリを支持するフィーダ駆動基部とを具えており、前記フィーダ基部蓋体アセンブリの開口は、リップを具えており、前記リップは、前記フィーダ駆動基部の開口と係合し、前記フィーダ基部蓋体アセンブリは、第2開口を更に具えており、前記駆動シャフトは、前記第2開口を通るように配置されて、前記回転フィーダカップと回転係合される装置。
