Claims (9)
- 燃焼器(104)を有するガスタービンエンジン(100)用の燃料ノズルアセンブリ(300)であって、当該燃料ノズルアセンブリ(300)が、
第1端部に形成された装着部(380)と第2端部に一体に形成された略円錐台形の本体部(382)とを有するフランジ(306)であって、第1端部が燃焼器(104)のエンドカバー(304)に取り付けられるように構成されており、第1の長さ(L 2 )を有するフランジ(306)と、
前記フランジの略円錐台形の本体部(382)に、第1端部で接続された予混合管(308)であって、第2の長さ(L 1 )を有していて、その第2の端部が先細部(390)を有している予混合管(308)と
を備えており、前記フランジ(306)及び予混合管(308)が、それぞれ第1及び第2の長さ(L 2 、L 1 )の設定によってガスタービンエンジンの駆動周波数及びその整数倍とは異なる固有周波数を有するように構成されている、燃料ノズルアセンブリ(300)。 - 前記予混合管(308)が、電子ビーム溶接によって前記フランジの第2端部に接続されている、請求項1記載の燃料ノズルアセンブリ(300)。
- 前記略円錐台形の本体部(382)が、該フランジの固有周波数を制御する収束角度を有する、請求項1又は請求項2記載の燃料ノズルアセンブリ(300)。
- 前記フランジ(306)及び予混合管(308)の固有周波数が、前記ガスタービンエンジン(100)の駆動周波数の整数倍以外の中間の値となるように構成されている、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズルアセンブリ(300)。
- 前記フランジ(306)が、175Hz〜180Hzの固有周波数を有するように構成されている、請求項4記載の燃料ノズルアセンブリ(300)。
- 前記予混合管(308)の第2端部に、スウォズルアセンブリ(340)が接続されている、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズルアセンブリ(300)。
- 前記スウォズルアセンブリ(340)が、電子ビーム溶接によって前記予混合管(308)の第2端部に接続されている、請求項6記載の燃料ノズルアセンブリ(300)。
- 前記スウォズルアセンブリ(340)に接続されたチップ管(358)を更に有する、請求項6又は請求項7記載の燃料ノズルアセンブリ(300)。
- 前記チップ管(358)の下流側端部に、チップアセンブリ(363)が更に接続されている、請求項8記載の燃料ノズルアセンブリ(300)。
