Claims (4)
- 回転軸を回転自在に支持するとともに、回転軸に作用するスラスト荷重を受ける軸受けと、
前記回転軸を挿入可能で、片面が前記軸受けと嵌合可能に形成され、もう片面には、複数の突部を形成するとともに受け部材を隣接させ、当該突部と受け部材とが嵌合可能に形成され、かつ前記軸受けから伝達されるスラスト荷重に応じて当該突部を支点として歪むロードセル本体と、
前記ロードセル本体の歪み量を検出する歪み検出手段と、
から構成されることを特徴とするスラスト荷重検出機構。 - 前記ロードセル本体の片面には支持部が複数形成され、この支持部の内壁に沿うようにして軸受けの外周が嵌め合わされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラスト荷重検出機構。
- 前記軸受けは、背面を組み合わせて配置される一対のアンギュラ玉軸受けであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスラスト荷重検出機構。
- 前記ロードセル本体のもう一方の片面に突部を複数形成するとともに、突部と突部との間には当該突部より厚みの薄い第2の突部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載のスラスト荷重検出機構。
