Description
A)表面材を供給する工程、
B)表面材に定着剤を適用する工程、および
C)定着剤にポリウレタンおよび/またはポリイソシアヌレート含有フォーム層を適用する工程
を含むフォーム複合材要素の製造方法であって、定着剤が、ポリエーテルポリオール(B.1)、ポリマーポリオール(B.2)、ポリウレア分散体(B.3)、ポリエステルポリオール(B.4)およびPIPAポリオール(B.5)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物からなることを特徴とする方法を提供する。
(α)表面材層、
(β)ポリエーテルポリオール(B.1)、ポリマーポリオール(B.2)、ポリウレア分散体(B.3)、ポリエステルポリオール(B.4)およびPIPAポリオール(B.5)からなる群からの少なくとも1種の化合物からなる定着剤層、好ましくは、ポリエーテルポリオール(B.1)、ポリマーポリオール(B.2)、ポリウレア分散体(B.3)からなる群からの少なくとも1種の化合物からなる定着剤層、並びに
(γ)ポリウレタンおよび/またはポリイソシアヌレート含有フォーム層
を含むフォーム複合材要素であって、層が(α)−(β)−(γ)の順に、好ましくは(α)−(β)−(γ)−(β)−(α)の順に配置されているフォーム複合材要素も提供する。
本発明の好ましい態様は、以下を包含する。
〔1〕A)表面材を供給する工程、
B)表面材に定着剤を適用する工程、および
C)定着剤にポリウレタンおよび/またはポリイソシアヌレート含有フォーム層を適用する工程
を含むフォーム複合材要素の製造方法であって、定着剤が、ポリエーテルポリオール(B.1)、ポリマーポリオール(B.2)、ポリウレア分散体(B.3)、ポリエステルポリオール(B.4)およびPIPAポリオール(B.5)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物からなることを特徴とする方法。
〔2〕表面材の材料が、アルミニウム、鋼、ビチューメン、紙材、無機不織布、有機繊維含有不織布、プラスチックシート、プラスチックフィルムおよび/または木材板を包含する、上記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔3〕定着剤が2〜8のヒドロキシル官能価を有する、上記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔4〕定着剤が15〜500の範囲にヒドロキシル価を有する、上記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔5〕定着剤が、ポリエーテルポリオール(B.1)およびポリマーポリオール(B.2)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物からなる、上記〔1〕〜〔4〕のいずれかに記載の方法。
〔6〕ポリマーポリオール(B.2)が、ポリマーポリオールに基づいて1〜45重量%の充填剤を含有する、上記〔5〕に記載の方法。
〔7〕20g/m 2 〜50g/m 2 の量で定着剤を表面材に適用する、上記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔8〕定着剤を適用する前に、表面材を20℃〜70℃の温度に加熱する、上記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔9〕フォーム層が、ポリイソシアネートと、ポリエステルポリオールおよびポリエーテルポリオール含有反応混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物との反応から得られ、反応開始時にイソシアネート基と反応混合物中ヒドロキシル基のモル比が100:100〜400:100である、上記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔10〕フォーム層の見掛密度が30g/L〜48g/Lである、上記〔1〕に記載の方法。
〔11〕ポリエーテルポリオール(B.1)、ポリマーポリオール(B.2)およびポリウレア分散体(B.3)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物の、フォーム複合材要素の製造における定着剤としての使用。
〔12〕定着剤が、ポリエーテルポリオール(B.1)およびポリマーポリオール(B.2)からなる群から選択される、上記〔11〕に記載の使用。
〔13〕表面材とフォーム層の間の接着力が0.20N/mm 2 〜1.00N/mm 2 である、上記〔1〕に記載の方法によって得られたフォーム複合材要素。
〔14〕(α)表面材層、(β)ポリエーテルポリオール(B.1)、ポリマーポリオール(B.2)、ポリウレア分散体(B.3)、ポリエステルポリオール(B.4)およびPIPAポリオール(B.5)からなる群からの少なくとも1種の化合物からなる定着剤層、および(γ)ポリウレタンおよび/またはポリイソシアヌレート含有フォーム層を含むフォーム複合材要素であって、層が(α)−(β)−(γ)の順に配置されているフォーム複合材要素。
〔15〕層が(α)−(β)−(γ)−(β)−(α)の順に配置されている、上記〔14〕に記載のフォーム複合材要素。
欠陥なし:崩壊キャビティなし
小規模な欠陥:崩壊キャビティ数1〜5未満、各々が5mm未満の直径を有する
中規模な欠陥:崩壊キャビティ数5〜10未満および/または崩壊キャビティ直径5〜10mm
大規模な欠陥:崩壊キャビティ数少なくとも10および/または崩壊キャビティ直径10mm超
定着剤AP A:グリセロール、エチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドのポリエーテルポリオールに基づき、官能価3およびヒドロキシル価28mgKOH/gを有するポリウレア分散体。
定着剤AP B:グリセロール、エチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドのポリエーテルポリオールに基づき、官能価3およびヒドロキシル価28mgKOH/gを有し、SAN(60/40)に基づいて20重量%の充填剤を含有するポリマーポリオール。
定着剤AP C:グリセロール、エチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドのポリエーテルポリオールに基づき、官能価3およびヒドロキシル価20mgKOH/gを有し、SAN(60/40)に基づいて43重量%の充填剤を含有するポリマーポリオール。
定着剤AP D:50重量%の定着剤AP C、および50重量%の官能価3およびヒドロキシル価28mgKOH/gを有する、グリセロール、エチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドのポリエーテルポリオールからなる混合物。
定着剤AP E:官能価3およびヒドロキシル価28mgKOH/gを有する、グリセロール、エチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドのポリエーテルポリオール。
フォーム系1:
a−成分:
39重量部のポリエーテルエステルポリオール1(第一段階で、無水フタル酸、ジエチレングリコールおよびエチレングリコールを反応させることによりポリエステルポリオールを得、それを第二段階でエチレンオキシドを用いて連鎖延長させることにより調製したもの。得られたポリエステルポリオール1は、官能価2およびヒドロキシル価310mgKOH/gを有していた。)、
15.7重量部のポリエーテルポリオール1(スターター化合物としてのプロピレングリコール、並びにプロピレンオキシドおよびエチレンオキシドから調製したもの。得られたポリエステルポリオール1は、官能価2およびヒドロキシル価28mgKOH/gを有していた。)、
12重量部のポリエーテルポリオール2(スターター化合物としてのエチレングリコールおよび糖、並びにプロピレンオキシドから調製したもの。得られたポリエーテルポリオール2は、官能価3およびヒドロキシル価380mgKOH/gを有していた。)、
25重量部の難燃剤1(トリスクロロイソプロピルホスフェート、TCPP)、
5重量部の安定剤1(シリコーン含有安定剤)、
2.5重量部のポリエステルポリオール1(無水フタル酸およびジエチレングリコールから調製したもの。得られたポリエステルポリオール1は、ヒドロキシル価795mgKOH/gを有していた。)、
0.8重量部の水。
b−成分:
Desmodur 44V70L(Bayer MaterialSchience AGから得られる重合体MDI)。
フォーム系2:
a−成分:
63.8重量部のポリエステルポリオール2(無水フタル酸、アジピン酸、モノエチレングリコールおよびジエチレングリコールから調製したもの。得られたポリエステルポリオール2は、ヒドロキシル価240mgKOH/gを有していた。)、
5重量部のポリエーテルポリオール2(スターター化合物としてのトリメチロールプロパン、およびエチレンオキシドから調製したもの。得られたポリエーテルポリオール2は、官能価3およびヒドロキシル価240mgKOH/gを有していた。)、
2.2重量部のポリエステルポリオール1(無水フタル酸およびジエチレングリコールから調製したもの。得られたポリエステルポリオール2は、ヒドロキシル価795mgKOH/gを有していた。)、
20重量部の難燃剤TCPP、
5重量部の難燃剤TEP、
4重量部のシリコーン含有安定剤。
b−成分:
Desmodur 44V70L(Bayer MaterialSchience AGから得られる重合体MDI)。
標準的なパネル製造に有利な少なくとも0.2N/mm2の接着力値が、フォーム系2において定着剤Dを用いて達成された(実施例8〜10)。
Claims (5)
- A)表面材を供給する工程、
B)表面材に定着剤を適用する工程、および
C)定着剤にポリウレタンおよび/またはポリイソシアヌレート含有フォーム層を適用する工程
を含むフォーム複合材要素の製造方法であって、定着剤が、ポリエーテルポリオール(B.1)、グラフトポリオール(B.2)、ポリエステルポリオール(B.4)およびPIPAポリオール(B.5)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物からなり、
表面材の材料は、アルミニウム、鋼、ビチューメン、紙材、無機不織布、有機繊維含有不織布、プラスチックシート、プラスチックフィルムおよび/または木材板を包含することを特徴とする方法。 - 定着剤が、ポリエーテルポリオール(B.1)およびグラフトポリオール(B.2)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物からなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリエーテルポリオール(B.1)およびグラフトポリオール(B.2)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物の、(α)表面材層、(β)定着剤層、および(γ)フォーム層を含むフォーム複合材要素の製造における定着剤としての使用。
- 表面材とフォーム層の間の接着力が0.20N/mm2〜1.00N/mm2である、請求項1に記載の方法によって得られたフォーム複合材要素。
- (α)表面材層、(β)ポリエーテルポリオール(B.1)、グラフトポリオール(B.2)、ポリエステルポリオール(B.4)およびPIPAポリオール(B.5)からなる群からの少なくとも1種の化合物からなる定着剤層、および(γ)ポリウレタンおよび/またはポリイソシアヌレート含有フォーム層を含むフォーム複合材要素であって、層が(α)−(β)−(γ)の順に配置されているフォーム複合材要素であって、
