Description
Claims (11)
- 基板、該基板上部の基板電極、対向電極、及び前記基板電極と前記対向電極との間に備えられた少なくとも1つの有機エレクトロルミネッセンス(EL)層を有するエレクトロルミネッセンス(EL)積層構造、を有するエレクトロルミネッセンス(EL)装置であって、
少なくとも1つの像担持体は、前記基板電極上に少なくとも一部が備えられ、
前記エレクトロルミネッセンス(EL)積層構造と前記対向電極は、前記像担持体上と前記基板電極上に堆積され、
前記像担持体は、当該エレクトロルミネッセンス(EL)装置の外観に影響を及ぼすのに適し、
前記像担持体は接着手段により前記基板電極に取り付けられ、
前記像担持体は接着手段内に埋め込まれ、
前記接着手段は、前記像担持体の側面におけるシャドウイングエッジの発生を回避するように、前記像担持体の側面の方に広がり、
前記像担持体上に及び前記基板電極の表面上に前記接着手段が付けられる間に前記EL積層構造と前記対向電極における遷移部分は、前記基板電極の前記表面に関して45°以下の遷移角を有するなだらかな形状を有する、
EL装置。 - 前記像担持体は、平坦に広げられた本体のフォイル及び/又はシートとして実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のEL装置。
- 前記接着手段は、前記像担持体と前記基板電極との間のオプティカルコンタクトを備えるように、高屈折率を有する光透過性接着手段である、請求項1に記載のEL装置。
- 前記接着手段は、非導電性であり、前記EL積層構造及び前記対向電極に対して前記像担持体を電気的に絶縁する保護手段を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1又は3に記載のEL装置。
- 前記EL積層構造及び前記対向電極は、前記像担持体及び前記基板電極の表面の両方に堆積されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のEL装置。
- 前記像担持体は、光のアウトカップリングを改善するように、前記有機EL層により生成される光を散乱させる散乱手段を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のEL装置。
- 前記像担持体は、前記表面に付けられる及び/又は前記像担持体の材料内に埋め込まれるパターンを有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のEL装置。
- 前記像担持体は、受動電子構成要素及び/又は能動電子構成要素を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のEL装置。
- 前記EL装置は、電源に前記対向電極を電気的に接触させる少なくとも1つの電気的接触手段を有し、前記電気的接触手段は導電性接着剤を有することを特徴とし、非導電性接着手段としての前記接着手段又は非導電性像担持体としての前記像担持体は、前記電気的接触手段の下の領域を少なくとも完全にカバーしていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のEL装置。
- 基板、該基板の上部の基板電極、対向電極、及び基板電極と対向電極との間に備えられた少なくとも1つの有機エレクトロルミネッセンス(EL)層を有するエレクトロルミネッセンス(EL)積層構造、を有する層システムを有するエレクトロルミネッセンス(EL)装置を製造する方法であって、
前記EL装置の外観に適切に影響を与える、前記基板電極において少なくとも1つの像担持体を少なくとも一部を備えるステップ、
前記像担持体の上部及び前記基板電極の両方に前記有機EL層及び前記対向電極を付けるステップ、及び
前記像担持体を埋め込むための接着剤を有する保護手段を付けるステップであって、前記像担持体上に及び前記基板電極の表面上に前記保護手段が付けられる間に前記接着剤の遷移部分は、前記基板電極の前記表面に関して45°以下の遷移角を有するなだらかな形状を有することを特徴、ステップ、
を少なくとも有する方法。 - 高屈折率を有する接着剤を付けるステップ、
前記基板電極に前記像担持体を接着して、前記像担持体と前記基板電極との間にオプティカルコンタクトを備えるため、前記基板の屈折率を適合させるステップを有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
