Description
Claims (6)
- 媒体を媒体パスに沿って搬送するよう構成された媒体搬送システムと、
前記媒体パスに沿って配置された複数の装置であって、前記媒体により少なくとも部分的に吸収される熱エネルギーを生成するように構成された複数の装置と、
前記媒体パスに沿って配置され、前記媒体の第1の側にインクを適用して、その上に画像を形成するよう構成された印刷ステーションと、
前記媒体パスに沿って配置され、前記媒体に対して所定の圧力及び熱を加えることにより、前記媒体の前記第1の側に形成された前記画像のインクを塗り広げるスプレッダと、
前記媒体パスに沿って前記印刷ステーションと前記スプレッダの間に配置され、前記第1の側に形成された前記画像の反対の前記媒体の第2の側をスキャンする画像センサであって、前記媒体の前記第2の側に向けて発光する発光ダイオードと、前記媒体の前記第2の側から反射される光に基づいて光の反射率の指標となる反射信号を生成する光センサとを有する画像センサと、
前記反射信号を前記画像センサから受信するコントローラと、
を含み、
前記コントローラは、前記反射信号を、前記媒体における裏抜けのレベルに相関させるよう構成され、且つ前記反射信号により示される前記裏抜けのレベルに基づいて、少なくとも1つのプリントプロセスパラメータを調整するよう構成されている、画像形成装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記裏抜けのレベルに基づいて前記印刷ステーションで噴出される前記インクの温度を調整する、請求項1に記載の画像形成装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記プリントプロセスパラメータには、前記装置の少なくとも1つのための操作パラメータが含まれる、請求項1に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記装置は、前記印刷ステーションよりも前記媒体パスの上流に配置されたプレヒータを含む、請求項3に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記装置は、前記媒体パスに沿って前記印刷ステーションと前記スプレッダの間に配置され、前記媒体の前記第1の側に形成された前記画像と接触する、ならしローラを含み、
前記画像センサは、前記ならしローラに対して前記媒体の逆側に配置され、前記媒体の前記ならしローラに巻きついた部分の前記第2の側をスキャンする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記ならしローラは、黒色の表面を有する、請求項5に記載の画像形成装置。
