試験本数:10本
噴射方法:(a)1週間放置したエアゾール組成物を正立の状態から5秒間噴射
(b)噴射後のエアゾール組成物をさらに室温に1週間放置して5秒間噴射
(c)さらに1週間放置して5秒間噴射
判定方法:上述の噴射方法にて噴射不良(目詰り)が発生した本数が0本の場合は『○』とし、目詰りが発生した本数が1本以上の場合は『×』とした。
試験温度:−10℃
サンプル放置時間:エアゾール組成物として1週間
試験本数:10本
噴射方法:(a)1週間放置したエアゾール組成物を正立の状態から5秒間噴射
(b)噴射後のエアゾール組成物をさらに室温に1週間放置して5秒間噴射
(c)さらに1週間放置して5秒間噴射
判定方法:上述した噴射方法にて噴射不良(目詰り)が発生した本数が0本の場合は『○』とし、目詰りが発生した本数が1本以上の場合は『×』とした。
エアゾール組成物を室温にて鉄板に噴霧した際の外観において、光沢がある場合を『○』とし、光沢がない場合を『×』とした。
Claims (4)
- 固体潤滑剤及び噴射剤を含有し、エアゾール状に噴霧して使用するエアゾール組成物であって、
上記固体潤滑剤を含有させた基油に、シリカ化合物を当該エアゾール組成物100質量%に対して0.1質量%以上の割合で含有してなることを特徴とするエアゾール組成物。 - 上記シリカ化合物は、当該エアゾール組成物100質量%に対して5.0質量%以下の割合で含有してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエアゾール組成物。
- 上記シリカ化合物は、フュームドシリカであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のエアゾール組成物。
- 上記固体潤滑剤は、二硫化モリブデンであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載のエアゾール組成物。
