Description

HDPEは頂部のフィルムポーチとして費用的に許容可能な材料として選択された。HDPEは硬い折りたたみ可能な側壁材料へと接着することが見出された。搾り出し試験において、HDPE材料は所望の断面のビーズの形成においてU型搾り出し形と共に協調する。最適のHDPEは、0.127ミリメートル(0.005インチ)から7.62ミリメートル(0.30インチ)の厚さのHDPEにおける一連の実験によって決定された。0.381ミリメートル(0.015インチ)は、ビーズの断面の形成において、その範囲の材料の中で最良の性能を持つことが見出された。
Claims (17)
- ポーチを作製し、そして充填する方法であって:
柔軟性フィルムの対向壁を作製するステップ;

前記少なくとも一つのポーチの前記開口部を閉栓するために、頂部の封止した搾り出し形領域を形成するステップ;ならびに
前記ポーチよりもより硬い別個の折りたたみ可能なフラットで前記ポーチを支持するステップであって、前記フラットは、前記ポーチの前記頂部と対向する底部端との間でパケット(110;10)の縦の折りたたみを促進するために、前記フラットの表面にマークされている、圧迫されるか、折りたたまれるかまたは分割される線である折り目を含有し、且つポーチを圧迫して前記封止剤を前記搾り出し形領域を通じて搾り出すために折りたたみ得たり巻き得たりする材料から形成されている、ステップと、を含有し、

- 前記ポーチが水の揮発および酸素に対して実質的に不浸透性のフィルムを含有する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポーチが1もしくはそれ以下の透過率を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポーチがプラスチックもしくはホイルもしくは透明なフィルム材料を含有する、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記頂部における開口を促進するために半円形の引き裂きタブを含有する、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- RTV組成物を含有する封止剤によって前記ポーチを充填するステップを含有する、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (i)加水分解性置換基を持つポリシロキサンポリマーと(ii)二つもしくはそれ以上の加水分解性置換基を持つポリ官能性ケイ素化合物との混合物または反応産物を含有する、ポリシロキサン化合物を含有する封止剤によってポーチを充填するステップを含有する、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (i)加水分解性置換基を持つポリシロキサンポリマーと(ii)二つもしくはそれ以上の加水分解性置換基を持つポリ官能性ケイ素化合物との混合物または反応産物を含有し、そして充填剤を含む、ポリシロキサン化合物を含有する封止剤によってポーチを充填するステップを含有する、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (i)加水分解性置換基を持つポリシロキサンポリマーと(ii)二つもしくはそれ以上の加水分解性置換基を持つポリ官能性ケイ素化合物との混合物または反応産物を含有し、そして充填剤および縮合硬化触媒を含む、ポリシロキサン化合物を含有する封止剤によってポーチを充填するステップを含有する、請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
