を備え、
ステーク凹部(180)が基部(190)及び1対の側壁(200)を含み、1対の側壁(200)がステーク挿入部(270)を軸方向に保持し、
1つ以上のステークインデント(275)は、ステーク挿入部(270)がステーク凹部(180)内に配置された後に、ステーク挿入部(270)に形成される、
