Claims (22)
- 少なくとも1つの反応容器を受け取るためのラックであって、該反応容器を受け取り可能な少なくとも1つの空隙を含む該ラックと、
流体中に含まれる検体と結合可能な磁性粒子を含む少なくとも1つの反応容器上に、磁場を働かせるための1つまたは2つ以上の磁気ユニットであって、該1つまたは2つ以上の磁気ユニットは、該ラックに結合され、かつ少なくとも1つまたは2つ以上の磁気ユニットにより発生した該磁場により、該磁性粒子は、該少なくとも1つの反応容器の内部の側壁に封鎖される磁気ユニットと、
該反応容器中の流体の信号を検出する検出ユニットであって、該磁性粒子を含む反応容器を該ラック内に保持しながら、該反応容器からの信号を検出するために、装置内の該反応容器の上方に設けられてなる検出ユニットとを備え、

- 該1つまたは2つ以上の永久磁石は140℃までの温度で熱的に安定であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 該1つまたは2つ以上の永久磁石は180℃までの温度で熱的に安定であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 該1つまたは2つ以上の永久磁石は250℃までの温度で熱的に安定であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 該1つまたは2つ以上の永久磁石は、SmCo合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 該ラックの反応容器を受け取るための該空隙は、該永久磁石の等磁極が同じ空隙に面するように、少なくとも2つの該永久磁石の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 該永久磁石は、該ラックにより保持されている反応容器中に含まれる液体のメニスカスの下に置かれることを特徴とする請求項6〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 該検出ユニットは、光学検出ユニットであることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 反応容器中のサンプル流体中に存在する磁性粒子に結合された検体の量を定量する方法であって、
該方法は、
a)検体を含む生体サンプルを、少なくとも1つの反応容器中に提供する工程と、
b)該少なくとも1つの反応容器中で、磁性粒子に該検体を結合させる工程と、
c)該磁性粒子の存在により撹乱される信号である検出信号を得るために、磁性粒子に結合された該検体を、該少なくとも1つの反応容器中で処理する工程であって、該少なくとも1つの反応容器は、分析処理ユニット中に置かれていることを特徴とする処理工程と、
d)該少なくとも1つの反応容器の内容物に磁場を印加し、該反応容器の内部の側壁に該磁性粒子を封鎖することにより、浮遊物を発生させる工程と、
e)封鎖された磁性粒子の存在下で、該反応容器の浮遊物中の検体濃度に対応する検出信号を該反応容器と同軸上の上方から検出する工程とを備え、該工程c)〜e)は同一の分析処理ユニット中で行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 該検体は、核酸またはポリペプチドであることを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。
- 該核酸の処理は、増幅を含むことを特徴とする請求項14または15記載の方法。
- 該検出信号は、光学的検出信号であることを特徴とする請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該検出信号は、蛍光であることを特徴とする請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該処理は、磁性粒子から該反応容器中の流体中への該検体の溶出を含むことを特徴とする請求項14〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程c)中の該ポリペプチドの該処理は、
c1)磁性粒子に結合された該検体を、検出分子と接触させる工程と、
c2)該反応容器中の流体中での検出信号を得るために、該検体に結合された該検出分子を溶出させる工程とを備えることを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。 - 工程c)中の該ポリペプチドの該処理は、
c1)磁性粒子に結合された該検体を、該検体を結合することができる標識を付けた抗体と接触させる工程と、
c2)該反応容器中の流体中での検出信号を得るために、該検体に結合された該標識を付けた抗体を溶出させる工程とを備えることを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。 - 該磁場は、熱ブロック中に集積された磁気アセンブリにより生成されることを特徴とする請求項15〜21のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
