Description
Claims (13)
- 三次元形状のボディモジュール部品であって、複数のボディモジュールセグメント(1)から組み立てられるものであり、
前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)は、連続的に引抜成形された繊維プラスチック合成引抜成形物のセクションであり、各引抜成形物は前記部品の予め決められた形状に関して配向された無端繊維(20)から成る基本構造を有し、前記基本構造は、少なくとも2つの前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)を接続するために、ボディモジュールセグメント(1)ごとに接続手段(11)を受入れるための少なくとも1つの開口部または穴部としての経路(30)を有し、
−前記繊維(20)が前記経路(30)の周囲に用意され、および、
−繊維から作られた安定構造(40)が前記経路(30)の周囲に配置されたこと、
を特徴とする、ボディモジュール部品。 - 前記ボディモジュール部品が、少なくとも1つの接合具(3)を有し、その接合具を介して少なくとも2つの前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)が接続され、前記接合具(3)が前記接続手段(11)のための開口部(8)を有し、その開口部が前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)の前記経路(30)に対応していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のボディモジュール部品。
- 前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)が少なくとも1つの内部に用意された空隙容量(5)を有し、空隙セクションは前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)の接続端部に存在し、前記接合具(3)が、前記接続端部の前記空隙セクション内および/または壁(2,2’)上で前記セグメントの前記接続端部と接続していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のボディモジュール部品。
- 前記接合具(3)が、金属材料、または繊維プラスチック合成材料から成ることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のボディモジュール部品。
- 前記接合具(3)がキャスト接合具(3)であり、その接合具が、接続される前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)の接続端部の少なくとも1つの壁(2,2’)上に一体的にキャストされ、および/または、
前記接合具(3)がキャスト接合具(3)であり、前記接続手段(11)が1つの部分品として前記接合具(3)と一緒にキャストされることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のボディモジュール部品。 - 少なくとも1つの接着ビーディング(9)が、前記接合具(3)と前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)の1つの接続端部の壁(2,2’)との間の領域に提供されることを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか1つに記載のボディモジュール部品。
- 前記ボディモジュール部品(1)が、繊維プラスチック合成材料から成り、前記繊維プラスチック合成材料の全体積に対し50〜70%の範囲の繊維含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のボディモジュール部品。
- 前記ボディモジュール部品が、自動車の床、フロントまたはリア構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載のボディモジュール部品。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の、複数のボディモジュールセグメントから形成された三次元形状のボディモジュール部品の製造方法であって、
−繊維プラスチック合成引抜成形物の連続的引抜成形を行い、および
−前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)を提供するセクションへの前記引抜成形物のカッティングを行い、ここで各引抜成形物は前記部品の予め決められた形状に関して配向された無端繊維(20)から成る基本構造を有し、その後
−少なくとも2つのボディモジュールセグメント(1)を接続するために前記基本構造にボディモジュールセグメント(1)ごとに接続手段(11)を受入れる少なくとも1つの開口部または穴部としての経路(30)を形成し、その後、
−前記経路(30)の周囲に前記繊維(20)を用意し、そして
−前記経路(30)の周囲に繊維から作られた安定構造(40)を配置し、そして
−前記経路(30)を満たす少なくとも1つの接続手段(11)によって前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)を接続する
ステップを含む、方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法であって、
−前記基本構造および前記経路(30)の周囲に配置された前記安定構造(40)に硬化性プラスチックマトリックス材料を含浸させ、
−前記マトリックス材料を硬化させるため放置し、
−前記経路(30)から前記マトリックス材料を除去し、および、
−前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)を完成させる、
ステップを含む、方法。 - 請求項9または10に記載の方法であって、
−接合具(3)を用いて前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)を接続するステップを含み、ここで前記接合具は前記接続手段(11)のための開口部(8)を有し、前記開口部は前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)の前記経路(30)に対応している、方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法であって、
−前記接合具(3)をキャストし、その後前記接合具を介して前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)を接続するステップを含むものであり、これは、
a)前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)をモールドへ導入するステップと、ここで接続される前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)の各接続端部は、前記モールドの空洞に少なくとも隣接し、前記空洞は前記接合具(3)の形成のための形状を提供するものであり、
b)前記モールドを閉鎖するステップと、
c)キャスト材料を前記空洞へ挿入するステップと、ここで前記キャスト材料は、接続される前記ボディモジュールセグメント(1)の前記接続端部の少なくとも壁(2,2’)上に一体的にキャストされるものであり、
d)前記キャスト材料を凝固させるために放置するステップと、ここで前記接合具(3)が形成され前記壁(2,2’)と前記接合具(3)との間のポジティブエンゲージメントが提供されるものであること
を含むことによるものである、方法。 - 請求項12に記載の方法であって、前記キャスト材料が、軽量金属合金、または、射出成型可能な強化繊維マトリックスプラスチック混合物である、方法。
