Description
Claims (10)
- 機械(10)を動作させる動力出力を供給する動力源(24)と、
前記動力源の出力部(30)に結合されたCVT(26)と、
前記動力源および前記CVTと通信する制御装置(48)と、を含み、
前記制御装置が、少なくとも第1の速度モードおよび第2の速度モードを含む複数の速度モードと、操作者入力装置(22)による該複数の速度モードのための動力源の回転数限界値と、を含むマップ(58)を含み、
前記制御装置(48)が、対地速度が閾値速度を超えた結果、前記第1の速度モードから前記第2の速度モードに移行させるように構成され、
前記動力源の回転数限界値は、前記機械(10)が受ける負荷に依存して拡大または縮小し得る、パワートレーン制御システム(21)。 - 前記制御装置は、機械負荷の増大に基づいて前記動力源の回転数限界値を増大させる請求項1に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- 前記複数の速度モードの少なくとも1つが高速モード(64)を含み、かつ動力源の回転数限界値が、高速モードでは対地速度に応じて増大する、請求項2に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- 前記制御装置が、高速モードを実行するときにのみ、前記制御装置が、CVT出力回転数に基づいて実際の動力源の回転数を変更するように構成される、請求項3に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- 操作者入力装置(22)は、前記制御装置が高速モードを実行するとき、CVTの出力トルクを制御するように構成される請求項4に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- 前記複数の速度モードが低速モード(60)および中速モード(62)を含み、かつ前記制御装置が低速モードおよび中速モードの一方を実行するとき、該制御装置により、実際の動力源の回転数の調整が可能になる、請求項1に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- 前記制御装置が、機械の加速または操作者入力装置の作動の程度の少なくとも一方に依存して、前記中速モードから高速モードへ切り替えるように構成されている、請求項6に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- 前記CVTがさらに、油圧式トランスミッション(28)と並行して動作される機械式トランスミッション(27)を含み、かつ該機械式トランスミッションが複数の別個のギヤ比を含み、複数の別個のギヤ比のそれぞれが複数の速度モードの1つに関連する、請求項1に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- 回転出力を生成し、
CVT(26)を駆動するように前記回転出力を送り出し、
前記CVTの出力回転数を測定し、
測定したCVT出力回転数に基づいて回転出力の実際の回転数を変更し、複数の速度モードの少なくとも1つを実行するとき、実際の回転数の変更が、行われ、
対地速度が閾値速度を超えた結果、前記第1の速度モードから前記第2の速度モードに移行すること、前記複数の速度モードについて機械(10)を動作させる動力出力を供給する動力源の回転数限界値を決定することを含み、
前記動力源の回転数限界値は、前記機械(10)が受ける負荷に依存して拡大または縮小し得る、機械の制御方法。 - 前記測定されたCVT出力回転数に基づいて回転出力の最大回転数を制限することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
