Description

− 充填材でハウジングの内部空間を充填するステップと、
− その部分が該ハウジングの内部空間に延びるように蓋を上面壁に搭載するステップ
とを含む。
− 第一の接点要素5によって第一の継手3を、及び第二の接点要素6によって第二の継手4を提供するステップ(図9a)と、
− ハウジング1によって第一の継手3及び第二の継手4を接続するステップ(図9d)と、
− 各々の第一および第二の接点要素5、6に半田テール7を提供するステップ(図9b)と、
− 第一の接点要素5及び第二の接点要素6でダイオード8を取り付けるステップ(図9c)
とを含む。
− 接続箱の基部周囲又はフランジ19に接着剤を付与するステップと、
− ソーラーパネルモジュールの表面に該接続箱を取り付けるステップと、
− ソーラーパネルの接点に半田テールを取り付けるステップと、
− 充填材でハウジングの内部空間10を完全に充填するステップと、
− 蓋2の部分20、21が該ハウジングの内部空間10に延びるように蓋1を上面壁13に搭載するステップ

前記弾力のあるゾーン(92)が前記接触ゾーン(91)と前記半田ゾーン(94)との間の軸距離の調整を可能にし、
前記弾力のあるゾーン(92)は前記接触ゾーン(91)と前記半田ゾーン(94)の間に配置され、
前記弾力のあるゾーン(92)は曲げ構造として設計されていて、該曲げ構造の曲がりの結果として前記軸距離の調整が行われてなる半田要素(9)であって、
前記接触ゾーン(91)および前記移動ゾーン(93)は円筒形状を有し、
前記弾力のあるゾーン(92)は少なくとも一つの弾力のあるウェブ(92)を含み、かつ
