Claims (7)
- 内燃機関に用いられる弁装置であって、該弁装置が、
駆動ユニットと、
該駆動ユニットを内部に配置したドライブハウジングと、
前記駆動ユニットを介して運動可能な、少なくとも弁ロッドと弁閉鎖体とから成る弁ユニットと、
前記弁閉鎖体を介して調整可能である接続横断面を備えた流体流入通路および流体流出通路を有するフローハウジングと、
前記流体流入通路に流体接続された圧力検出室と、
該圧力検出室内に配置された圧力センサとを備えている、内燃機関に用いられる弁装置において、
圧力センサ(60)が、ドライブハウジング(2)内に組み込まれていて、圧力検出面(72)を有しており、該圧力検出面(72)が、圧力検出室(58)内に流体の流れ方向に対して垂直に配置された法線を備えた平面に配置されており、
圧力センサ(60)を備えた圧力検出室(58)は、弁装置の周面に配置されており、 ドライブハウジング(2)とフローハウジング(4)は、共通のフランジ面(5)を介して互いに固定されており、該フランジ面(5)が、弁ユニット(8)の運動方向に対して垂直に配置されており、圧力検出室(58)には、ドライブハウジング(2)のフランジ面(5)にまで延びている接続通路(62)が通じており、フローハウジング(4)のフランジ面(5)には、流体流入通路(22)に通じる、環状に延びる溝(66)が設けられていて、該溝(66)と接続通路(62)とが接続していることを特徴とする、内燃機関に用いられる弁装置。 - 圧力検出室(58)が、圧力センサ(60)の圧力検出面(72)に対する前記法線の方向に圧力検出面(72)から少なくとも4mm延びている、請求項1記載の弁装置。
- 圧力センサ(60)の圧力検出面(72)が、全周にわたって隆起壁(74)によって取り囲まれている、請求項1または2記載の弁装置。
- 接続通路(62)が、ドライブハウジング(2)のフランジ面(5)に対して垂直に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 圧力検出室(58)と接続通路(62)とが、少なくとも15mm 3 の総容積を有している、請求項4記載の弁装置。
- ドライブハウジング材料の射出成形によってドライブハウジング(2)内に打抜き格子体(56)が埋め込まれており、該打抜き格子体(56)を介して、圧力センサ(60)と駆動ユニット(6)のコイル(26)とが、コネクタ(52)に電気的に接続されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 圧力検出室(58)が、ドライブハウジング(2)に固定されたカバー(68)によって閉鎖されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
