Claims (16)
- エラストマー性部材のガラス基板への結合を速める方法であって、
少なくとも1つの主面を有するガラス基板を用意するステップと、
熱可塑性樹脂、有機シラン化合物及びイソシアン酸塩化合物を含む接着促進プライマーを用意するステップと、
前記プライマーに求核塩基触媒を混合するステップと、
前記プライマー及び前記求核塩基触媒の混合物を、前記ガラス基板の前記主面の少なくとも一部に塗布するステップと、
前記ガラス基板における前記混合物が塗布された領域に前記エラストマー性部材を配置し、前記エラストマー性部材を前記ガラス基板に結合させるステップとを含み、
前記求核塩基触媒が、1,4−ジアゾ−ビシクロ[2.2.2]オクタンからなることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記エラストマー性部材を前記ガラス基板に結合させるステップは、前記エラストマー性部材を前記ガラス基板上にモールド形成することを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記プライマーに混合させる前記求核塩基触媒の量が、前記プライマーに対して0.01〜0.5重量%の量であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記プライマー及び前記求核塩基触媒の前記混合物を前記ガラス基板の前記主面に2.54〜38.1μm(0.1〜1.5ミル)の厚さで塗布するようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記ガラス基板が車両窓であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記イソシアン酸塩化合物が、メチレンジフェニルイソシアネートを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記エラストマー性部材が、反応射出成形法または射出成型法により成形されたガスケットであることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法であって、
前記ガスケットが熱硬化性材料を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法であって、
前記ガスケットが熱可塑性材料を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法であって、
前記ガスケットが二成分型ポリウレタンを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法であって、
前記ガスケットがポリ塩化ビニルを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記プライマー及び前記求核塩基触媒の前記混合物を48.9℃(120°F)以上まで加熱したことを特徴とする方法。 - 車両用ガラスであって、
第1の主面、第2の主面及び周縁部を有するガラス基板と、
前記ガラス基板の前記第1の主面、前記第2の主面及び前記周縁部の少なくとも一部に配置されたエラストマー性部材とを含み、
前記エラストマー性部材を前記ガラス基板に、熱可塑性樹脂、有機シラン化合物及びイソシアン酸塩化合物を含む接着促進プライマーと求核塩基触媒との混合物によって接着結合させ、
前記求核塩基触媒が、1,4−ジアゾ−ビシクロ[2.2.2]オクタンからなることを特徴とする車両用ガラス。 - 前記エラストマー性部材が、前記ガラス基板上にモールド成形されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の車両用ガラス。
- 請求項13に記載の車両用ガラスであって、
前記プライマーに混合させる前記求核塩基触媒の量が、前記プライマーに対して0.01〜0.5重量%の量であることを特徴とする車両用ガラス。 - 請求項13に記載の車両用ガラスであって、
前記プライマーと前記求核塩基触媒との前記混合物を、前記ガラス基板の前記主面に2.54〜38.1μm(0.1〜1.5ミル)の厚さで塗布したことを特徴とする車両用ガラス。
