Claims (24)
- 第1の複合材料の断片である第1の断片と、
前記第1の複合材料と異なる第2の複合材料の断片である第2の断片と
を備え、
前記第1の断片は第1のポリマー・マトリックスとその中に配置された第1の繊維を有し、前記第2の断片は第2のポリマー・マトリックスとその中に配置された第2の繊維を有し、
前記第1のポリマー・マトリックスは熱可塑性材料であり、前記第2のポリマー・マトリックスは熱硬化性材料であり、
前記第1の断片、前記第1のポリマー・マトリックス、前記第2の断片、および前記第2のポリマー・マトリックスのいずれとも異なる材料の充填材の断片である第3の断片を備え、
前記第3の断片は、プラスチック、金属、ハニカム形成された材料、および繊維のうちから選択された1以上の材料の断片であり、
前記第1の断片と、前記第2の断片と、前記第3の断片は、互いに少なくとも部分的に結合され、
前記第1の繊維は、互いに長手方向に並んだ状態、互いにランダムな方向を向いている状態、および層毎に異なる方向に方向付けされて積層された状態のうちのいずれか1つの状態で前記第1のポリマー・マトリックスに配置され、前記第2の繊維は、互いに長手方向に並んだ状態、互いにランダムな方向を向いている状態、および層毎に異なる方向に方向付けされて積層された状態のうちのいずれか1つの状態で前記第2のポリマー・マトリックスに配置され、前記第1の繊維が前記第1のポリマー・マトリックスに配置される状態と前記第2の繊維が前記第2のポリマー・マトリックスに配置される状態とは互いに異なっている

請求項5に記載の方法。 - 第1の建築部材の付着領域の上に、請求項1に記載の複合材料を含む被覆材を適用するステップと、
前記第1の建築部材の第2の建築部材に対する確実な固定を可能とするために、前記被覆材の適用された前記第1の建築部材の前記付着領域の上に留め具を適用するステップと
を備える

請求項1に記載の複合材料。 - 前記第1のポリマー・マトリックスの中に配置された前記第1の繊維および前記第2のポリマー・マトリックスの中に配置された前記第2の繊維の少なくとも一方は、ECR、Aガラス、Cガラス、石英、酸化マグネシウム・アルミノ・ケイ酸塩、非アルカリ性・アルミノ・ホウケイ酸塩、ソーダ・ホウケイ酸塩、ソーダ・ケイ酸塩、ソーダ・酸化カルシウム・アルミノ・ケイ酸塩、ケイ酸鉛、非アルカリ性・ホウ酸アルミナ鉛、非アルカリ性・バリウム・ホウ酸アルミナ、非アルカリ性・亜鉛・ホウ酸・アルミナ、非アルカリ性・鉄・アルミノ・ケイ酸塩、カドミウム・ホウ酸塩、酸化アルミニウム繊維、石綿、ボロン、シリコン・カーバイド、グラファイト、および、ポリエチレン、ポリビニールアルコール、サラン、アラミド、ポリアミド、ポリイミドベンダゾール、ポリオキサディアゾール、ポリフェニレン、PPR、石油および石炭の等方性のピッチ、中間相のピッチ、セルロース、およびポリアクリロニトルのいずれかを炭化することによって得られる炭素、のいずれかから作られた繊維、セラミックの繊維、もしくは金属繊維である
請求項1に記載の複合材料。 - 前記第1のポリマー・マトリックスの中に配置された前記第1の繊維および前記第2のポリマー・マトリックスの中に配置された前記第2の繊維の少なくとも一方は、アラミド、引き伸ばされた鎖の極めて分子量が大きいポリエチレン(UHMWPE)、ポリ「p−フェニレン−2、6−ベンゾビスオキサゾール」(PBO)、およびポリ「ダイイミダゾ・ピリディニレン(2個の水酸基を持つ)・フェニレン」(M5)のいずれかを有する
請求項10に記載の複合材料。 - 前記第1のポリマー・マトリックスの中に配置された前記第1の繊維および前記第2のポリマー・マトリックスの中に配置された前記第2の繊維の少なくとも一方は、ポリアラミド繊維、玄武岩繊維、炭素繊維、および液晶高分子繊維のいずれかを有する
請求項1に記載の複合材料。 - 前記第1のポリマー・マトリックスの中に配置された前記第1の繊維および前記第2のポリマー・マトリックスの中に配置された前記第2の繊維の少なくとも一方は、グラスファイバーを有する
請求項1に記載の複合材料。 - 前記グラスファイバーは、Eガラスの繊維もしくはSガラスの繊維、またはそれらの組み合わせである
請求項14に記載の複合材料。 - 前記第1の複合材料および前記第2の複合材料の少なくとも一方は、複合材料の2以上の層を積層した積層体を有する
請求項1に記載の複合材料。 - 前記積層体の前記2以上の層のうちの2つの層の中の繊維が一方向性を有し、
前記2つの層のうちの1つの層の中の繊維は前記2つの層のうちの他の1つの層の中の繊維と交わる方向で配置されている
請求項16に記載の複合材料。 - 前記第1の複合材料の断片である前記第1の断片および前記第2の複合材料の断片である前記第2の断片の少なくとも一方は、一方向性の繊維を含有する
請求項1に記載の複合材料。 - 前記第1の複合材料の断片である前記第1の断片および前記第2の複合材料の断片である前記第2の断片の少なくとも一方は、含有する繊維が整列されている
請求項1に記載の複合材料。 - 前記被覆材は、請求項1乃至4および10乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の断片を有する
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記被覆材は、請求項1乃至4および10乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の断片を有する
請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記被覆材は、請求項1乃至4および10乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の断片から作られる
請求項9に記載の改良された複合材料。 - 前記土台となる材料は、プラスチック、金属、成形された材料のうちの1以上を有する
