Description
(1)ボイラから排出される排ガスから排熱を回収する熱回収器と、排ガスを二酸化炭素(CO2)吸収塔内でアミン吸収液と接触させて排ガス中のCO2を吸収し、該CO2を吸収した吸収液を加熱してCO2再生塔内でCO2を放出させ、CO2放出後の吸収液をリボイラを介して昇温したのち、CO2吸収塔に循環するCO2化学吸収設備とを備えた排ガス処理システムであって、前記熱回収器で回収する熱を、前記CO2化学吸収設備のCO2再生塔からリボイラへ送られる吸収液に与える熱交換手段を有していることを特徴とするCO2化学吸収設備を備えた排ガス処理システム。
(2)前記熱交換手段は、CO2再生塔からリボイラへ送られる吸収液配管に設けられる熱交換器と、該熱交換器と前記ボイラの熱回収器とを連通する熱媒の循環手段とを有する(1)に記載のシステム。
(3)前記CO2再生塔からリボイラへ送られる吸収液を前記熱回収器で熱交換した後、リボイラに送るように吸収液配管を構成し、熱回収器で回収する熱を前記CO2化学吸収設備のCO2再生塔からリボイラへ送られる吸収液に与えることを特徴とする(1)に記載のシステム。
[比較例]
図1および2の実施例に対する比較例を図3に示す。図3のシステムの基本構成は図1および図2と同様であるが、図3では、再生塔26の塔底から抜き出されたアミン吸収液は循環ポンプ28bにより、ボイラ1からの排ガスで熱回収する熱回収器4を経由した後、アミン液熱交換器46に送られ、吸収塔25に供給されるアミン吸収液が予熱される構成となっている。
Claims (3)
- ボイラから排出される排ガスから排熱を回収する熱回収器と、
排ガスをアミン吸収液と接触させて排ガス中の二酸化炭素(CO2)をアミン吸収液に吸収させるCO 2 吸収塔と、
該CO2を吸収したアミン吸収液を加熱してCO2を放出させるCO 2 再生塔と、
CO2放出後のアミン吸収液を昇温するスチーム加熱式リボイラと、
CO 2 放出後のアミン吸収液をCO2吸収塔に循環させる手段と、
前記熱回収器で回収された熱を、CO2再生塔からスチーム加熱式リボイラへ送られるアミン吸収液に与える熱交換手段と
を有する、CO2化学吸収設備を備えた排ガス処理システム。 - 前記熱交換手段は、
アミン吸収液を前記CO2再生塔からスチーム加熱式リボイラへ送るための配管に設けられる熱交換器と、
該熱交換器と前記熱回収器とを連通する熱媒の循環手段と
を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記熱交換手段は、
アミン吸収液を、前記CO2再生塔から前記熱回収器へ送って熱交換させ、次いで該熱回収器からスチーム加熱式リボイラへ送るための配管
を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
