Claims (6)
- 二重歯車ポンプ(1)の回路分離を検査するための方法であって、前記二重歯車ポンプ(1)が2つの歯車ポンプ(2,2′)を備え、該2つの歯車ポンプ(2,2′)が、ポンプケーシング(9)内に配置されており、共通のポンプシャフト(3)を備え、該ポンプシャフト(3)が、回転可能に、密閉された状態で、前記2つの歯車ポンプ(2,2′)の間に配置された隔壁(14)を貫通する、二重歯車ポンプ(1)の回路分離を検査するための方法において、
増圧のために、前記2つの歯車ポンプ(2,2′)のいずれか一方の歯車ポンプのポンプ出口を閉じ、前記一方の歯車ポンプを加圧し、増圧後に前記一方の歯車ポンプ(2,2′)のポンプ入口をも閉じ、他方の歯車ポンプ(2′,2)のポンプ入口およびポンプ出口を閉じ、前記他方の歯車ポンプ(2′,2)内の圧力を測定し、前記他方の歯車ポンプ(2′,2)内の圧力が上昇したか否かを検査することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記二重歯車ポンプ(1)が二重‐内歯車ポンプ(1)であり、前記2つの歯車ポンプ(2,2′)が内歯車ポンプ(2,2′)である方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記2つの歯車ポンプ(2,2′)のいずれか一方の歯車ポンプによって発生可能な最大圧力を測定し、該最大圧力を目標値と比較する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
増圧時の圧力経過および/または増圧後の圧力低下を測定し、目標値と比較する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記二重歯車ポンプ(1)の前記2つの歯車ポンプ(2,2′)が、スリップ制御装置(26)を備える液圧式の2系統‐車両ブレーキ装置(15)の2つのブレーキ回路I,II内の液圧ポンプである方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法において、
前記車両ブレーキ装置(15)が、ブレーキマスタシリンダ(16)と前記歯車ポンプ(2,2′)のポンプ出口との間に遮断弁(17)を備え、該遮断弁(17)のうち少なくとも1つの遮断弁を検査のために閉じる方法。
