Claims (8)
- 付形ツールであって、円形軌道に取り付けられ回転軸線回りに回転可能な少なくとも1つの異形曲げローラ(13)を備えた回転可能なベース部材を有する、付形ツールにおいて、
前記曲げローラ(13)は、半径方向に動くことができるスライダ(11)に取り付けられ、前記曲げローラ(13)は、軸方向形態を備えたばね押しレバー(9)によって、前記付形ツールのための最大作業アパーチャを定める位置から前記付形ツールのための最小作業アパーチャを定める位置に動くことができ、
クランプされた加工物(17)のための軸方向に作用するデプレッサ(15)が中央に設けられ、少なくとも部分的に円錐形である加圧部材(5)が、ばね荷重で、前記デプレッサ(15)に対して軸方向に動くことができ、その間、前記加圧部材(5)は、前記曲げローラ(13)を前記付形ツールのための前記最小作業アパーチャ中に動かすために前記レバー(9)の一端部と協働し、
前記レバー(9)は、前記加圧部材(5)に向いたその端部のところに前記加圧部材(5)上で転動するローラ(10)を備えると共に前記レバー(9)は、その反対側の端部が前記スライダ(11)に回動可能に連結されており、

請求項1記載の付形ツール。 - 前記前記レバー(9)が、キャリヤ部材(7)に回動可能に取付けられている、
請求項1記載の付形ツール。 - 前記レバー(9)は、互いに関節連結された2本のアーム(22)を有し、ばね押し式過荷重防止装置(23)が、前記アーム(22)相互間で作用する、
請求項1に記載の付形ツール。 - 圧着部(34)を作るための少なくとも1つの付形ローラ(14)が、前記曲げローラ(13)に隣接して前記スライダ(11)のスピンドル(12)に回転可能に取り付けられている、
請求項1記載の付形ツール。 - カムローラが、前記付形ツールを軸方向に動かすことができるようカム制御装置と協働する、
請求項1記載の付形ツール。 - 各々が1つのレバー(9)を備えた3つの半径方向に調節可能なスライダ(11)が、互いに星形に配置されている、
請求項1記載の付形ツール。 - 保持装置が、アルミニウムカートリッジ(21)とプラスチック容器とから成る前記加工物(17)を長手方向軸線に対して同軸状に固定し、前記付形ツールは、前記長手方向軸線に沿って垂直に移動する、
